sorry for my English. I have a top No Wipe and it's matte when I touch it with my finger. There are unsightly matte streaks visible up close. it disappears after washing my hands, but all I have to do is touch it again... it's not the lamp's fault because I have an expensive LED lamp and I apply thin enough layers.

I also tried applying a thin layer on the tip itself, or is it just me having the same problem? I waited a few seconds after removing it from the lamp and when I touched it, the transparent top left matte prints...
