Very interesting. I have definitely been in language learning situations where I felt like I was punched in the face.

Christophe Clugston the military linguist also compared language learning to fighting, the correct response must be automatic. Train for overlearning, well past the point of mastery.

Also, he praises Idahosa Ness for his accent free oral production as well as technically sound lessons. Accent free oral production and cultural fluency are requisite when going from an "Outsider" to an "insider" in a different linguistic sphere.

This is super cool! Can't wait to hear more about the flow school membership program (already subscribed to the email list). Are there going to be any opportunities to take 1:1 coaching on an ad hoc basis?

Cool video, Idahossa. How can I apply these methods to a language that your website doesn't cover (i.e., Dutch)?

if you find a dutch speaker you can play the agreement game with them to practice any grammar concept. just make sure to do it fast, with lots of reps, and to be playful and in character.
