- Want beach wave hair or tight curls? Use this fabulous curling wand from Remington! I prefer using a curling wand that is uniform in shape rather than the coned/tapered so I went to purchase two sizes, 1 inch and 1.5 inch from two different stores (Ulta & Target). Both give great curls, the 1.5 inch yields looser beach wave while the 1 inch has tighter curls and creates more volume!
This is a Keratin Ceramic Curler so it helps to keep hair healthier and shinier

Um I love you. Plain and simple. I randomly watched your video in the middle of the night and my first stop today was target. I decided to go get the 1.5 inch curler and as soon as I got it I tried it. My hair is terrible and damaged so I usually straighten it at least a little before curling it and my hair is never as dirty as it is right now. But I just couldn't wait so I brushed out my hair and went to town. Ohmygod I love it! I have thick long hair so I can use bigger pieces than my normal wand and it took me the same amount of time that I usually spend straightening! You're a life saver and I plan to go get the 1 inch as well! So easy and fast! Thank you soooo much!

This one is the same width throughout the wand, where as cone shaped has one end that's bigger and it tapers to a smaller end, therefore your curls will be a different size from the top to the ends of your hair.

I just used a 1inch wand, to curl my (naturally wavy) hair, then i ran my fingers though it, I have so much hair, I looked like a poodle dog. ...
It took me at least 10 minutes to get rid of that :( I'll go buy a big wand tomorrow. :D

I was on crossroads on which one to get today but I bought the 1 inch because it will create tight curls and the curls will last longer. The bigger wand makes the perfect curls but it will straighten out sooner compared to a smaller wand

I just bought the 1 inch at Ollies and realized that it didn’t have the clamp that usually comes on a curling iron. So I guess that’s the difference between a curling iron and a curling wand. I was considering returning it for that reason but I think I will give it a try

I have the 1 inch and I love it !!! I can curl my hair in under 15 min :) and I have THICK hair
If you have fine hair that tends to loosen up by the end of the day then i'll recommend getting the 1 inch. If you hair do hold curls i'll recommend using the 1.5 inches for a loose beach wave look

great vídeo, thanks. I will try to see this curler in a shop to see the diferences between each one. I have a strong wavy hair, but at the moment its not very long. i'm not sure the 1.5 inch creates the results that I want, because of the leght of the hair. Thank you for your review :)

I dont know if they do or not, but you can definitely buy it and test it out. If it doesnt work then you can always return it.

Thanks for teach how to use this Iron, you look so pretty! I personally favor the Karmin G3 because it comes with heat settings, pure ceramic and tourmaline plates and it comes with its own heat mat, carrying bag and styling instruction manual. :)

You could use a texturizer spray,they help the hair take shape and hold the curl better. Apply hair spray after and you are set!!! A good Texturizer is by the brand Beyond the Zone and its called "Vamped Up Dry Texture Hairspray". You can buy it at Sally Beauty Supply. My best friend has straight/fine hair and this can make the curls last for up to 3 days!! :)

nice hair! I'm so doing this with my karmin g3 clipless curling iron!
It looks pretty curly with the bigger barrel. I have one from another brand. It worked poorly that it wont curl up the hair even when I hold it long enough. I thought it was because the barrel was too big to create defined curls. I might try this one out after watching your review. Thanks.
Definitely try the smaller curler if the bigger size doesnt hold, it could also be the texture of your hair. If you have fine thin hair it doesnt hold curls as well as thick coarse hair (like me)

What do you use for shampoo? Your hair is so shiny and sleek. My hair is also very thick and coarse but it gets really oily, probably from me washing it constantly.
