Ice Nine Kills is easily one of my favorite bands, their music is incredibly well put together and produced and its all just amazing. Not all their music is based around literature, only their last album and the one thats either about to come out or just recently did.
I HIGHLY suggest you do more of their music, really fucking good and fairly unique band.
Their live show is easily one of the best I've seen as well

This song was apart of their album before their latest one, called “Every Trick in the Book” and each song was based around a piece of famous literature including Dracula, Carrie, and Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Their latest album that came out a couple weeks ago, called “The Silver Scream” is based after famous horror films, and even has its own story based around the singer, Spencer’s Charnas. 🙂

His reaction was me when I first heard this song, I just fell in love and I still love it, Ink has been my favorite band for about 2 years now and their new album dropped last month and of course they did not disappoint, even had the pleasure of going to their Houston show in warped Tour and I was just shouting all the lyrics, it was awesome and even met Spencer(lead vocalist) and signed my INK Warped Tour shirt that I absolutely adore so that made my year,ima stop fangirling now

The coolest and/or most unsettling thing about this song is the sounds in the beginning. They’re actual audio bits from the exorcisms of Anneliese Michel, one of the most famous possessions of all time. She was a German woman who died after almost a year of exorcisms and her story was the basis for a bunch of demon movies.
Ice nine kills is really impressive. I love how there lyrics flow through their clean and harsh vocals. React to Nothing More - This is it or Fade in/Fade out.

I just found INK this year, they are fantastic. Their album this year is easily the best of 2018 for me. The way they blend brutal breakdowns, melodic choruses, and infuse it all with incredible theming is amazing.
Up till now I had only heard Stabbing in the Dark and I was absolutely blown away by this song as well

All of their stuff is Awesome! So sad I only discovered them earlier this year! I have seen them 2x live this year since discovering them....AMAZING! I couldn't believe I had not discovered them earlier...angry at myself really being the metal head I am (Or thought I was) So hard to believe they aren't SO SO SO MUCH BIGGER! So much talent! Amazing musicians, song writers, producers! All around Amazing! I hope they get their DUE soon, they have certainly earned it and done so humbly.

I don't know if you will ever see this comment, but if you are really interested in this band and want to hear more please check out their newest album "The Silver Scream". Every song is based on a different horror film and they have been releasing extended music videos for 4 of them so far (with more to come I believe).
The 4 videos, in order, are for the songs: The American Nightmare (inspired by A Nightmare on Elm Street), Thank God It's Friday (inspired by Firday the 13th), A Grave Mistake (inspired by The Crow), and Stabbing in the Dark (inspired by Halloween).

Ice Nine Kills is my favorite metal band, I've been following them since 2014, and they've gotten better with age. There new album is soo good, they're the perfect mix of metal, horror, theatrics, and spiritualism
