Are you one of those people who believe that air pressure is 14.7 psi? What you failed to consider is that I am recreating a 300 year old design. And it is very possible. Watch my video proof of concept. I got over 90º of rotation. I'm actually building one that will be able to rotate for several hours. With bearings, they need lubrication. So if I manually lubricated my bearings they'll squeeze out the lubrication and then won't be able to keep working. So at the moment I have to modify a bearing assembly for this purpose. I'll be making a video next week explaining about that and what the solution is that I'll be trying as well as another project I'm involved with.
Muchas gracias por tu trabajó.
De nada
Thanks for the update, Keep us posted!

add a flywheel to overcome the fiction issues
Thank you for your work 🧡
Thanks for the support. I should have a new video posted this week showing what I'll be doing next.
You speak speak ? Wher the motion
My 2 most recent videos shows how it can work. I am working to premier a working wheel video June 15th.
The overbalanced wheel concept as a perpetual motion machine has been around for nearly a millennium. It has never worked and never will.
