My dad had a bad reaction and then collapsed 48 hours after receiving the booster. Cluster of skull fractures, bleeding in the brain, seizure upon arrival at the hospital, flown by helicopter to different hospital where he remained for 1 1/2 months. He’s now using a walker, trying to get back on his feet. His memory and general mental condition is coming back well, but he’s still messed up.. He’s 67 years old, had no serious health issues his entire life, was on no medications, a runner that was doing 6+ mile runs 2-3 times a week. Ran the NY marathon when he was younger.
There was a guy on Joe Rogan who said vioxx killed 40 to 50 thousand Americans and nobody did a day in jail because of it. I said 100,000 people die from medical mistakes every year and someone corrected me, the correct number is more than 290,000 Americans are killed by medical mistakes every year. So why are people going to doctors and have they really saved anyone? I went to the hospital but all they did was let me lay in bed until either I died or recovered. I recovered on my own and they acted as if they healed me.

As someone who has had to file a VARES before (legit reaction due to the vaccine causing a really bad reaction with a medical condition I have, experts needed to know which vaccines were causing a reaction as we’re also high risk for Covid), the feds have zero problem telling you on every single page that filing an intentionally false report can result in around $10,000 fine and imprisonment. VARES can be helpful for researchers to discover potential trends but certainly doesn’t determine causality.

that's a lie, they have nowhere near that much profit. they have about 70 billion in revenue. That's pure income without anything else factored in. You also have to include associated costs. And only 12 billion is from the vaccine.
Since most VAERS entries are entered by doctors or pharmacists, we can conclude the entries are accurate. Since it takes nearly an hour to complete a VAERS report, we can also conclude the VAERS data is a small proportion of the actual events since most doctors will not spend the time to report.
Watch the video again. VARS doesn’t say how many people died to the vaccine, it says how many people died within a week of getting the vaccine. And since there are so many people who die every week in America, it’s safe to say that most of those entries are not deaths due to the vaccine.

A significant portion of people suffer from long-COVID (estimates say up to half of everyone infected), experiencing symptoms 3 moths or longer after infection. This is not something to simply shrug off. This is causing long term suffering in hundred of thousands of people. This increases healthcare expenditures, decreases productivity, and overall has the potential to significantly reduce the well-being of entire nations.

It's why on the VAERS site, it says in big bold font that you should not assume that the reported symptoms are caused by the vaccine. To understand those numbers, you need to know: - how frequently these symptoms are happening after vaccination compared to the normal rate in the population - the results of further investigation into apparent anomalies Adverse event reporting is extremely valuable for spotting patterns which can be further investigated to identify side effects, such as the blood clotting syndrome which in extremely rare cases (1 in 100,000) can be triggered by the J&J or Astrazeneca vaccine. But part of noticing a pattern is knowing what's not a pattern, i.e. almost everything in VAERS. The vast majority of reports are not happening at a rate higher than what you would find in the broader population.

I’ve known two people, young healthy males in their twenties, who died suddenly about a decade ago. Neither death was after a vaccine. Not saying that your friends death wasn’t influenced by the vaccine, but it’s something to consider that people do die suddenly and we can’t say for certain it was caused by a vaccine. That is not uncommon, it's usually due to enflamed lymph nodes and should subside within approximately 2 weeks. Mine subsided after 4 days. Mostly harmless but can be quite painful at times.

It’s not, it’s over reporting. As explained in the video, just because somebody died the same week they got the vaccine doesn’t mean they died from the vaccine.
One of the pros of mRNA tech was supposed to be the ability to quickly change the vaccine to improve efficacy with new variants. With Omicron on the rise wouldn’t that make more sense then taking a 3rd and 4th shot protecting against the older versions?

@Bill T A healthy individual would get the vaccine because it doesn't hurt and it does help. It limits infection, and lessens transmissibility. Even asymptomatic COVID patients report some of the symptoms of long COVID. Serious heart damage, lung damage, and even nerve damage are not unheard of. Just because the mortality rate, (and you got your math wrong. If 99.5% people live than 0.5%, not 0.05%, die) is low doesn't mean that there aren't other effects. I'm a healthy individual, I've had the two shots and a booster. I've also been careful to wear a mask and stay socially distanced in close quarters without good ventilation. I haven't gotten sick, and I do get tested pretty often.

You could use the stupid correlation/causation argument with regards to Pfizer's clinical trial. After all, what the Pfizer shot does happens at the microscopic level within the body, and is hence invisible. That's why a proper clinical can only infer "causation" through statistics. By listing *any* adverse event that happens after administration of a vaccine (even if it's not caused by the vaccine) we can detect anomalies in the data (e.g. Myocarditis occurring at higher rates than usual). Once we find something that's unusual, we can investigate it in detail. Given the number of vaccines administered in the US, we would expect most (if not all) common health issues showing up in VAERS. However, if they occur at the same rate in the whole population (vaccinated and not), there isn't a correlation to the vaccine, but they are reported nonetheless. Think of it as a big database of everything that happened to people after the vaccines. We can use that data to find out if a certain condition happens more often if somebody has had a certain vaccine, and then investigate it further to see if there's a causal relationship.

I submitted a VAERS report due to a side effect from the vaccine (I got full body hives for about a week). I also submitted V-Safe check-ins indicating I had sought out a doctor and missed work because of my side effects. I still got the second and third shots despite this reaction (it didn't happen again thank God) and V-Safe called me to review my side effect. They downloaded a copy of my VAERS submission. It was awful getting full body hives but kind of nice that they followed up on my report.
This is one of the biggest problems, they won't let us see the vsafe data. They don't do any follow up on vaers. Did they actually perform any tests to identify the cause so it can be prevented?

There have been a few studies on it which is good. It is a rare side effect thank goodness because it was AWFUL. They think it is due to "delayed T-cell-mediated-hypersensitivity".

Very sorry. I experienced extreme exhaustion after 2 shots. As if my brains and body became slower and weaker. Out of breath and hard to make choices and weird feeling in my head. Constant feeling of having to rest to recharge but it's endless. Lost my job bc they called it burn out which made me more stressed bc i knew It was not that. It's physical It's getting a bit better now but I feel a constant heavy feelihg in my neck and chest area. I checked allergies,thyrod etc but nothing came out. In my country there is a support desk from the government for long covid patients and for people with post vaccination syndrome. The name is C Support. It's Dutch but they also speak English. They listen and take you seriously. Even though it's not in your own country it may give you some relief and advise who knows

Some people simply don’t know what they’re talking about. But the science does hold up. We do have a very good understanding of how vaccines work in general. It is not a mystery anymore.
In 2010 us gov paid Harvard to audit VAERS. They found that they only reported 1% of the cases. That has not changed to this date. You can thank the pharmaceutical companies.
VAERS dos not report the amount of people that died to a vaccine, it reports the amount of people who died within a week of getting the vaccine. And since so many people die in America every week, it’s safe to say that most of those death reports are not due to the vaccine.

There were many more unreported Covid deaths. Many ppl who died in NY at home were not considered Covid deaths durin the first wave. Its worse in developing countries were hospitals werent even close to handle the amount of ppl sick and died at home.

For example we have studies that lead us to believe that 40% of covid cases are asymptotic. However we cannot be sure of this due to the fact we don’t know what we don’t know. Even though that number would help my argument I don’t like using it because we can’t be 100% sure. I’m sure there could be a chance that there are many unreported covid deaths but there is also be a chance that the mortality rate is much lower. We just can’t know for sure. That’s why all I ask is that we should not count all deaths positive with covid as a covid death. I got vaccinated and I'm completely fine while my parents had big trouble with it. My dad had strong infections from the vaccine and was sick for over 6 months. And yes, it was proofen by our doctor. :/ Im worried about them getting the booster cause they just dont seem to take it well.

My dad had a heart attack with the age of 36, Meningitis with the age of 12.. my mum has blood sicknesses and her thyroid had to be taken out a while ago. But my parents still slightly struggle with the after affects of the vaccine, my mums body still hurts and she can barely sleep. If someone is battleing diabetes, heart problems, or etc and they died because covid + their existing condition was too much, then covid was also at fault. However just because their avg deaths are old doesn't mean its good to do it. Who knows what side effects of catching covid have. It’s not a conspiracy theory to say that the western “free” world has deemed it execrable for there governments to scare or force the nation’s citizens to undergo a medical treatment. This is unprecedented, we have been locked in are homes and had are tax money used to scare us until people are saying we’ll never go back to how things were before. Whatever you think of the vaccine I don’t care but to deny that the relationship between the citizens and the state has changed because of a virus is undeniable. We have become less free and people will have to fight very hard to get those laws revoked. A president has been set and in the future it’ll be a lot easier to justify tough restrictions on people’s basic freedoms.
I’m in the healthcare industry for over 20 years. I have been seen stroke , auto-immune issues and a variety of other side effects I won’t go into here within several weeks of the mRNA vaccines. I have had to fill out VAERS . I have not seen the frequency of serious side effects with any other vaccine over all those years. Whether or not all of the reports are a direct cause effect relationship does not change the fact that there is enough of them to pause and not simply accept getting the vaccine without some serious questioning

I mean, separating comorbidities could also mean that anyone who died of pneumonia caused by COVID gets ruled out, same with respiratory distress and a host of other conditions that being infected by a virus can cause. Everyone dies from "cessation of cerebral function." The root cause of that could be Alzheimer's, cancer, heart attack, or a bullet. Obviously a motorcycle accident and cancer shouldn't really be caused by COVID in any meaningful sense, but it can still be a contributing factor and thus has to be included in the report. The reports usually have a "underlying cause of death" section where doctors put the primary driver of the victim's untimely demise, and a "contributing effects" where they put anything else that could've been a factor. This includes things like homelessness, because homeless people are more vulnerable to, well, practically everything since they don't seek treatment as quickly as most people. Think of it like a gunshot wound. The report could read "underlying cause of death: gunshot to the abdomen; contributing factors: excessive internal bleeding, organ failure, and failure to seek treatment in an effective time frame." Doesn't mean they didn't die from a bullet, just means the doctor was descriptive.

Since those two cases of cancer and motorcycle accident was actually listed as covid deaths and were added to the official records most recent was the case of the person having stage 4 brain cancer and was considered terminal. Or in the case with the motorcycle accident they tested the corpse and listed the results as positive. So your example of the gunshot isn't exactly accurate to what I am asking. It would be like guy dies from a gunshot wound to the abdomen and the doctors test them and find they had Aids and listed as the primary contributing factor of death as AIDs as if their stomach magically blew open because of aids. Obviously both things can be true that there are side effects and waning efficacy as well as deaths caused by covid but also have wackados on both ends of the argument inflating numbers with irrelevant "fluff data" to make the situation seem worse than it is.
Well the last time I checked (months ago) the UK NHS had labeled 85,000+ deaths with having a covid positive test within the last 28days before death (bearing in mind everyone is tested when they enter the hospitals, nursing homes test residents etc)...but if you looked at the actual figures only 3,000+ out of the 85,000+ actually had no underlying health conditions....heck we had an elderly resident with dementia, cancer etc had been declining for months....had the vaccine, became Covid positive and passed away not long after. Canadian - to work as a hygienist when working so close to patients, I needed to be vaccinated. For kids to see their elderly grandparents in nursing home, they had to be vaccinated. “To not spread the virus” as Trudeau claimed, we took the vaccine. My 13 yo had heart inflammation and developed POTS. My 12 year old developed ITP and liver inflammation, and I was hospitalized 3 weeks after 2nd shot because I lost all feelings in hands and feet, with sky rocketing BP. My kids did not have unethical vaccines prior. We did not take out of fear, we took to be good citizens. So beyond frustrating because I can no longer work as a hygienist, and both kids had to endure very scary health issues. Never would have taken if I had known virus still spreads. We all had Covid prior to vaccinations and no problem. Even if most people don’t have a reaction, no one should have been guilted to take it they were healthy.

Yeah this is about correct, it includes everything that MAY be a vaccination side effect, and then when it occurs so frequently that it's starting to reliably occur more often than in the general population it is considered a side effect. (And then there are still degrees as to severity and frequency, such as 1 in 10 000 people or 1 in 100 people experience this)

That is correct. I genuinely think vaers is a great resource for people looking to do studies into the side effects. I also think it's a mistake that it's open to the public to see every event that people submitted. (of 45 that were recorded by me as possible injection involvement based on timing of expiration or start of symptoms) - 26 developed symptoms within 24 hours - 11 passed within 24 hours - 18 passed within a week - 12 of sudden de... - 9 of cardiac arrest - 6 of a brain or brainstem bleed - 1 of myocarditis (developed between dose 1 and 2) - 4 were between ages of 13 and 17. - and 3 (5%) were injected, and then passed from C 19 within 2-4 months. What are the odds of finding all of this in just 63 reports? And a quote from a health professional from one of the reports, "connection to use of the product cannot be excluded."

You realize that if you get the virus you are essentially contracting an extremely high concentration of the vaccine to the point where you get sick? So why are people going to doctors and have they really saved anyone? I went to the hospital but all they did was let me lay in bed until either I died or recovered. I recovered on my own and they acted as if they healed me.

As someone who has had to file a VARES before (legit reaction due to the vaccine causing a really bad reaction with a medical condition I have, experts needed to know which vaccines were causing a reaction as we’re also high risk for Covid), the feds have zero problem telling you on every single page that filing an intentionally false report can result in around $10,000 fine and imprisonment.
VARES can be helpful for researchers to discover potential trends but certainly doesn’t determine causality.

Since most VAERS entries are entered by doctors or pharmacists, we can conclude the entries are accurate. Since it takes nearly an hour to complete a VAERS report, we can also conclude the VAERS data is a small proportion of the actual events since most doctors will not spend the time to report.
Watch the video again. VARS doesn’t say how many people died to the vaccine, it says how many people died within a week of getting the vaccine. And since there are so many people who die every week in America, it’s safe to say that most of those entries are not deaths due to the vaccine.

A significant portion of people suffer from long-COVID (estimates say up to half of everyone infected), experiencing symptoms 3 moths or longer after infection. This is not something to simply shrug off. This is causing long term suffering in hundred of thousands of people. This increases healthcare expenditures, decreases productivity, and overall has the potential to significantly reduce the well-being of entire nations.

@@grantaum9677 You can point to scary numbers all you like, but they're not so scary if you understand base rate neglect. It's why on the VAERS site, it says in big bold font that you should not assume that the reported symptoms are caused by the vaccine.
To understand those numbers, you need to know:
- how frequently these symptoms are happening after vaccination compared to the normal rate in the population
- the results of further investigation into apparent anomalies
Adverse event reporting is extremely valuable for spotting patterns which can be further investigated to identify side effects, such as the blood clotting syndrome which in extremely rare cases (1 in 100,000) can be triggered by the J&J or Astrazeneca vaccine.
But part of noticing a pattern is knowing what's not a pattern, i.e. almost everything in VAERS. The vast majority of reports are not happening at a rate higher than what you would find in the broader population.

Intentionally submitting false information to a federal database (think lying on your taxes) with the intent to deceive others (think an escalation of the crime), is probably several years in federal prison. I’ve known two people, young healthy males in their twenties, who died suddenly about a decade ago. Neither death was after a vaccine. Not saying that your friends death wasn’t influenced by the vaccine, but it’s something to consider that people do die suddenly and we can’t say for certain it was caused by a vaccine. It might have been a terrible coincidence. Also I’m sorry for your loss.

That is not uncommon, it's usually due to enflamed lymph nodes and should subside within approximately 2 weeks. Mine subsided after 4 days. Mostly harmless but can be quite painful at times.

It’s not, it’s over reporting. As explained in the video, just because somebody died the same week they got the vaccine doesn’t mean they died from the vaccine.
One of the pros of mRNA tech was supposed to be the ability to quickly change the vaccine to improve efficacy with new variants. With Omicron on the rise wouldn’t that make more sense then taking a 3rd and 4th shot protecting against the older versions?

@Bill T A healthy individual would get the vaccine because it doesn't hurt and it does help. It limits infection, and lessens transmissibility. Even asymptomatic COVID patients report some of the symptoms of long COVID. Serious heart damage, lung damage, and even nerve damage are not unheard of. Just because the mortality rate, (and you got your math wrong. If 99.5% people live than 0.5%, not 0.05%, die) is low doesn't mean that there aren't other effects. I'm a healthy individual, I've had the two shots and a booster. I've also been careful to wear a mask and stay socially distanced in close quarters without good ventilation. I haven't gotten sick, and I do get tested pretty often.

You could use the stupid correlation/causation argument with regards to Pfizer's clinical trial. After all, what the Pfizer shot does happens at the microscopic level within the body, and is hence invisible. That's why a proper clinical can only infer "causation" through statistics. Guess what VAERS is giving us? Statistics.

By listing *any* adverse event that happens after administration of a vaccine (even if it's not caused by the vaccine) we can detect anomalies in the data (e.g. Myocarditis occurring at higher rates than usual). Once we find something that's unusual, we can investigate it in detail.
Given the number of vaccines administered in the US, we would expect most (if not all) common health issues showing up in VAERS. However, if they occur at the same rate in the whole population (vaccinated and not), there isn't a correlation to the vaccine, but they are reported nonetheless.
Think of it as a big database of everything that happened to people after the vaccines. We can use that data to find out if a certain condition happens more often if somebody has had a certain vaccine, and then investigate it further to see if there's a causal relationship.
Not to mention the fact that the longterm side-effects of covid always get ignored

I submitted a VAERS report due to a side effect from the vaccine (I got full body hives for about a week). I also submitted V-Safe check-ins indicating I had sought out a doctor and missed work because of my side effects. I still got the second and third shots despite this reaction (it didn't happen again thank God) and V-Safe called me to review my side effect. They downloaded a copy of my VAERS submission. It was awful getting full body hives but kind of nice that they followed up on my report.
This is one of the biggest problems, they won't let us see the vsafe data. They don't do any follow up on vaers. Did they actually perform any tests to identify the cause so it can be prevented?
@@grantaum9677 they did not. There is a Forbes article about delayed adverse reaction rashes occurring after the first shot of the Moderna like I had though if you want to know more. There have been a few studies on it which is good. It is a rare side effect thank goodness because it was AWFUL. They think it is due to "delayed T-cell-mediated-hypersensitivity".

Because doctors understand and know how covid can damage the lungs and other body systems and cause secondary infections and deadly complications, they are monitoring patients and are mostly aware of what is happening to them and why. We know how the vaccine works and besides the fact there is no statistical evidence of the vaccine being deadly, there are no known ways in which it could cause death or serious health complications

Some people simply don’t know what they’re talking about. But the science does hold up. We do have a very good understanding of how vaccines work in general. It is not a mystery anymore.
In 2010 us gov paid Harvard to audit VAERS. They found that they only reported 1% of the cases. That has not changed to this date. You can thank the pharmaceutical companies.
VAERS dos not report the amount of people that died to a vaccine, it reports the amount of people who died within a week of getting the vaccine. And since so many people die in America every week, it’s safe to say that most of those death reports are not due to the vaccine.

There were many more unreported Covid deaths. Many ppl who died in NY at home were not considered Covid deaths durin the first wave. Its worse in developing countries were hospitals werent even close to handle the amount of ppl sick and died at home.

I’m sure there could be a chance that there are many unreported covid deaths but there is also be a chance that the mortality rate is much lower. We just can’t know for sure.

If someone is battleing diabetes, heart problems, or etc and they died because covid + their existing condition was too much, then covid was also at fault. I’m in the healthcare industry for over 20 years. I have been seen stroke , auto-immune issues and a variety of other side effects I won’t go into here within several weeks of the mRNA vaccines. I have had to fill out VAERS . I have not seen the frequency of serious side effects with any other vaccine over all those years. Whether or not all of the reports are a direct cause effect relationship does not change the fact that there is enough of them to pause and not simply accept getting the vaccine without some serious questioning

Like how a group separated co-morbidities and found that the death rate for healthy people with covid to be extremely rare. With some co morbidities being obviously not from covid with instances of stage four cancer and motorcycle accidents being tagged as covid deaths just because they tested positive post mortem
I mean, separating comorbidities could also mean that anyone who died of pneumonia caused by COVID gets ruled out, same with respiratory distress and a host of other conditions that being infected by a virus can cause. Everyone dies from "cessation of cerebral function." The root cause of that could be Alzheimer's, cancer, heart attack, or a bullet.
Obviously a motorcycle accident and cancer shouldn't really be caused by COVID in any meaningful sense, but it can still be a contributing factor and thus has to be included in the report.
The reports usually have a "underlying cause of death" section where doctors put the primary driver of the victim's untimely demise, and a "contributing effects" where they put anything else that could've been a factor. This includes things like homelessness, because homeless people are more vulnerable to, well, practically everything since they don't seek treatment as quickly as most people. Think of it like a gunshot wound. The report could read "underlying cause of death: gunshot to the abdomen; contributing factors: excessive internal bleeding, organ failure, and failure to seek treatment in an effective time frame." Doesn't mean they didn't die from a bullet, just means the doctor was descriptive.

Since those two cases of cancer and motorcycle accident was actually listed as covid deaths and were added to the official records most recent was the case of the person having stage 4 brain cancer and was considered terminal. Or in the case with the motorcycle accident they tested the corpse and listed the results as positive.
So your example of the gunshot isn't exactly accurate to what I am asking. It would be like guy dies from a gunshot wound to the abdomen and the doctors test them and find they had Aids and listed as the primary contributing factor of death as AIDs as if their stomach magically blew open because of aids.
Obviously both things can be true that there are side effects and waning efficacy as well as deaths caused by covid but also have wackados on both ends of the argument inflating numbers with irrelevant "fluff data" to make the situation seem worse than it is.
Well the last time I checked (months ago) the UK NHS had labeled 85,000+ deaths with having a covid positive test within the last 28days before death (bearing in mind everyone is tested when they enter the hospitals, nursing homes test residents etc)...but if you looked at the actual figures only 3,000+ out of the 85,000+ actually had no underlying health conditions....heck we had an elderly resident with dementia, cancer etc had been declining for months....had the vaccine, became Covid positive and passed away not long after.

For kids to see their elderly grandparents in nursing home, they had to be vaccinated. “To not spread the virus” as Trudeau claimed, we took the vaccine. My 13 yo had heart inflammation and developed POTS. My 12 year old developed ITP and liver inflammation, and I was hospitalized 3 weeks after 2nd shot because I lost all feelings in hands and feet, with sky rocketing BP. My kids did not have unethical vaccines prior. We did not take out of fear, we took to be good citizens. So beyond frustrating because I can no longer work as a hygienist, and both kids had to endure very scary health issues. Never would have taken if I had known virus still spreads. We all had Covid prior to vaccinations and no problem. Even if most people don’t have a reaction, no one should have been guilted to take it they were healthy.
My brother in law has the same, peripheral Neuropathy, can’t feel his hands and feet and his skin is peeling and turns purple. Now needs a pace maker. Is in total denial about what caused it. Took 3 but refused any more. Wonder why..

Yeah this is about correct, it includes everything that MAY be a vaccination side effect, and then when it occurs so frequently that it's starting to reliably occur more often than in the general population it is considered a side effect. (And then there are still degrees as to severity and frequency, such as 1 in 10 000 people or 1 in 100 people experience this)
I imagine it is much like the side effects data from medical trials. "Are you testing a new seizure medication drug? And you had a seizure?! This drug must possibly cause seizures."
That is correct. I genuinely think vaers is a great resource for people looking to do studies into the side effects. I also think it's a mistake that it's open to the public to see every event that people submitted. You realize that if you get the virus you are essentially contracting an extremely high concentration of the vaccine to the point where you get sick? It makes no sense for you to call the virus “just a little cold” and be so terrified of the vaccine. I know that sounds weird. But the reality is that there is a chance of avoiding the virus altogether and limiting exposure to risks. That chance may be low but it is there. Getting a vaccine is essentially purposely seeking risks. You may agree or disagree with their choice but that is a choice they need to make and we need to respect it.
Now before we go into the - but it affects others if they get sick and pass it on to them arguments , we really have to understand that this question or reasoning is actually asking a person to risk their health and possibly death in order to make us feel more comfortable about living with less fear. I filed a Vaers report to address mid menstrual spotting. I am not dead, I am inconvenienced and want them to know it's happening so they can include more women in their studies or change the warning pamphlet.
