Correct. You just turn a little more frequently and go longer (not too long) and pull the steak at 132-135°F which will rise as you rest so you’ll have solid medium.
Yes on good ol’ medium rare but that’s not blue. Blue steak, also known as extra rare steak or blue rare steak, is a steak that is lightly seared on the outside yet very red on the inside.
Just wanna say i did this today, i didn't spoon the butter on, but everything else... And it came out absolutely beautiful. The Olive Oil tip is the key I think. Also, My induction hob actually needed to be at a 4 out of 6. I cooked in a shitty teflon pan (im in an airbnb abroad). I knew 3 was too low cause i didn't have the same sizzle sound that you did. Thank you. I am trying to include time and temps in all my future videos as I know that's important and many times we just focus on the actual cook sometimes without those technical details. Thank you so much for the feedback and keep it coming!
Nice steak. Just needs a better crust but that's just my preference
Totally respect that. This was not the ultimate but it was to show the perfect medium rareness of the meat.
So that oven method after the sear isn’t needed for a medium steak?

He call that a salad lol 😂 cucumber and dressing 😂😅
No, he called that, "cucumber salad."
Ever looked at the ingredients for potato salad? Pasta salad? Ignorance?
you don't know what you're doing
Move along troll.
No need to be jealous of a great steak.

@@quiverfn8068 bro you have been brain washed. You don’t need a hard crust for a great steak.
Good ol’ medium rare…aka blue 🙄

I've always done it a bit different but that is one of the best looking cuts I've ever seen. Taking notes!
Thanks so much, I’m honored! How do you like to do it? I love to hear different ways to do anything.

That looks rare lol. I love mine well done
Nothing wrong liking well done but you do lose tenderness above medium rare.
