Trevo this is completely fantastic, you have truly out done yourself, if you dont mind me asking a suggestion, could yku make a blind AI? Like an AI that goes towards a sound like turning on a generator or opening a door. Again, this is amazing, wheather you do it or not you are truly a legend.
This is a good way to make the AI, but there is multiple ways to make it better instead of using a Rec Room object. At first tag you can use an event receiver, configure to AI spawn and then set that AI to an AI variable.
but what if you want your ai to have a animation that plays when it sees a player? like a enraged animation, and it stops for a couple of seconds. maybe you could make a tutorial of that? idk..

Hey its me, I wouldnt call this a "bug" but for my running animation for my monster, since the Update 30hz is updating every 30hz, the animation keeps playing on the same frame over and over, spamming the play animation chip, is there a better way to fix this?

Hey Trevor how do you make it so where only one ai can spawn because everytime I go in the Tigger volume it will spawn 1ms of them and my target player if I connect the is valid to the player on raycast and then use it it makes errors

As soon as the jumpscare starts so the Run on the delay put a ai set speed and make it 0 then on the after delay put an ai set speed and make that 3 or something
It'll sometimes glitch through the walls, but you can use invisible collisions to make it glitch through less, but there isn't really that much of a fix to that.

At 6:50 I wire the AI to the From RR Object and when I check the logging when spawning it says AI is invalid. Please help
If your ai is not spawned in, it's gonna say invalid, but if it still says invalid then you put the wrong tag in the chip

Ya, that's what I did in my other ai vid, but you can't use the event receiver if you want multiple ai's.

I showed how to do that. When it sees a player it plays the running animation.

I have multiple ais and if one is chasing the player and one is walking then it breaks and CPU goes to 100%
Make sure the right circuits are connect up to the updated 30hz because there could be some things that shouldn't be synced or executed correctly.

Bro Everytime I follow this tutorial whenever the monster sees me he starts pathing to me and the path point and idk how to fix it
Make sure the bool variable that is executing the random from list once is correct and the random from list is exactly once
i want to try to make a rec room game but I haven't been on rec room in awhile so idk if I should use rooms or rooms 2.0 which should I use?
If you want to make this AI, use rooms 1, but you can use the pathfinder in rooms 2.0. Rooms 2.0 can get hard to use, so maybe use rooms 1.

Make sure you have the right tag on the monster and on the rec room object get first with tag chip and check if you update 30hz is even working.

Conect the Play on the audio to the Run output on the delay in the jumpscare, then connect the audios to the clamp

You need an event receiver (room loaded) event connected to the spawner on the spawner component.
