The Jewish influence on my forefathers was tremendous. My grandmother told me when she was a little girl the Jewish salesmen provided and helped the Afrikaans speaking people living on farms 'Boere'. It was just after the British war and my people were devasteded. Today I pray for the peace of Jerusalem and that the people of Israel be saved.

I met this man, this man who founded Jew for Jesus at UMass Boston back in the late 1980s. He was handing up tracks in the hallway and one of the buildings on campus. I was Mormon at the time. But I remember being struck by Meeting him and I didn’t know why. I didn’t have a conversation with him or anything. But I knew his movement was significant at the time, but I didn’t know why. I do today. I understand. And I’m grateful that I know, Jesus is my Messiah and the only one who can save.

That living hope of eternal life in Christ, is best of all. It always feels so right when Jews worship Jesus. As Christians we see Jews as the foundation of our faith - our heros of faith were all Jewish, our Saviour, Jesus, came as a Jewish man, all the apostles, prophets, and patriarchs in our Bible are Jewish men. So blessed by this testimony.
Always happy to hear this content, and yes, depending on the daily events I am more inclined to watch them but it is good to see you alive and well regardless. I like how you ended this one because I believe there is a stigma of sorts that prohibits people from taking the first step which is only to accept Jesus, not sell their homes, change their clothes, make new friends; this is how I became a follower of Jesus when I was only in 2nd grade. It wasn't until I looked back on my life did I learn who God was and why Jesus mattered. To further illustrate, the story I am reminded of, one of a couple/few like this, is the rich man who didn't think he had sinned and didn't give up his wealth to be in Jesus' group. People wouldn't laugh like I do, but to some Jesus might have been mean or hateful with his response to the disciples as the man walked away. Jesus is about the truth, and to accept it means you must rise to a new level of self-actualization which includes the death of our bodies so the spirit can live. I get through a lot of mean things people say and do to me because I remember Jesus saying, "They will destroy your body but they will never destroy you." So, if I were to answer the question for the many who ask the same of me, it is to say, "Just accept him." Then, "be honest with yourself first, and it will get easier to be honest with those around you." The yellow brick road will rise up to meet you. When I was a child that day and accepted Jesus, I didn't realize how easy it became to follow him. I automatically changed my attitude to Matthew 5:33-37, even with my own mother which led to her saying that I was a difficult teenager at 12. She would ask me if I wanted something or would do something, and I would sometimes reply, "No." She'd try to coerce me and I looked at her, "I said no," usually with just a look. Of course I've gone homeless because of this valuable lesson given to me as a gift at the age 7 and face all sorts of threats similar in nature, but there is no better parent than Jesus supporting my "yes, I will" or "No, I won't" with such a loving embrace.
God directs history, taking into account our free will. All of our choices, the good and the sinful, He knew before He founded the world, and He has woven them all through His plan so that in the end what should happen always happens. Therefore, we need never fear, because He has everything in His hand. Praise Him, praise Jesus!

That living hope of eternal life in Christ, is best of all. It always feels so right when Jews worship Jesus. As Christians we see Jews as the foundation of our faith - our heros of faith were all Jewish, our Saviour, Jesus, came as a Jewish man, all the apostles, prophets, and patriarchs in our Bible are Jewish men. So blessed by this testimony.

Always happy to hear this content, and yes, depending on the daily events I am more inclined to watch them but it is good to see you alive and well regardless. I like how you ended this one because I believe there is a stigma of sorts that prohibits people from taking the first step which is only to accept Jesus, not sell their homes, change their clothes, make new friends; this is how I became a follower of Jesus when I was only in 2nd grade. It wasn't until I looked back on my life did I learn who God was and why Jesus mattered. To further illustrate, the story I am reminded of, one of a couple/few like this, is the rich man who didn't think he had sinned and didn't give up his wealth to be in Jesus' group. People wouldn't laugh like I do, but to some Jesus might have been mean or hateful with his response to the disciples as the man walked away. Jesus is about the truth, and to accept it means you must rise to a new level of self-actualization which includes the death of our bodies so the spirit can live. I get through a lot of mean things people say and do to me because I remember Jesus saying, "They will destroy your body but they will never destroy you." So, if I were to answer the question for the many who ask the same of me, it is to say, "Just accept him." Then, "be honest with yourself first, and it will get easier to be honest with those around you." The yellow brick road will rise up to meet you. When I was a child that day and accepted Jesus, I didn't realize how easy it became to follow him. I automatically changed my attitude to Matthew 5:33-37, even with my own mother which led to her saying that I was a difficult teenager at 12. She would ask me if I wanted something or would do something, and I would sometimes reply, "No." She'd try to coerce me and I looked at her, "I said no," usually with just a look. Of course I've gone homeless because of this valuable lesson given to me as a gift at the age 7 and face all sorts of threats similar in nature, but there is no better parent than Jesus supporting my "yes, I will" or "No, I won't" with such a loving embrace.
God directs history, taking into account our free will. All of our choices, the good and the sinful, He knew before He founded the world, and He has woven them all through His plan so that in the end what should happen always happens. Therefore, we need never fear, because He has everything in His hand. Praise Him, praise Jesus!
