The L10s Ultra does let you remote control it while monitoring the camera. Maybe they added it after your review.
Yeah Dreame is known to do that with updates!
I know this is an older video now, but I just gone ahead and got the L10s Ultra. They do have an app specifically for Dreame and it unlocks the remote camera feature which is absent in the Mi Home app. Was there any particular reason the Dreame app wasn't used in this review?
Great question. I can't remember. It was either not ready at the time we had the sample or we got the model where it was not supported. At one time it was confusing and they made a few different L10s models with and without cameras as some consumers I guess have privacy reservations.

Great question. It is always a risk with anything connected to the internet. If you are comfortable with having a smartphone in your house I view this as no different!
Honestly at least with this you know you are being spied on if it is moving around the house following you lol Obviously bad actors could probably access the camera when its docked on its station so maybe just set it up in an area that is more secluded in your home. Just my 2 cents...
