How is Gallade even on the (dis)honourable mentions list? It's such a viable pokémon with a great typing and deep movepool! Well rounded stats and seemingly often underestimated
So just finished the vid and tbh I am kinda mixed. While some of the list is fine as you did go into detail about some of the flaws however there was some that do very well in battle but still ended up on the list. Some of the slow ones are best on trick room teams which is not mentioned and coverage is not always the biggest deal if they have a certain role they need to play. Hitmontop for example I will say is not the best but is used greatly as a spinner and as I mentioned Sawk is very good with choice band as it can deal much more than people think. Throh is good on trick room given its speed and access to guts which allows it to do massive damage and Primeape while not the best has a lot more moves like earthquake, poison jab, and such all which make it a threat especially if you add a choice scarf. Now I will say that given the fact that this is a list made for the intention of explaining flaws with the mons I can not say that you are wrong as even with the bias I can understand where you are coming from and over all you are not incorrect on a lot of the points. That being said there was a few things I feel was the main issues like simply looking at the stats and moves and nothing with things like the history of the mons as some like say sawk have made a lot of success like it did in Gen 5 being one of the strongest fighters in that gen. Are they the best no I mean for some the idea of being anywhere close to OU or any scenes top brass of mons is a dream but still overall not a bad job.
All The Fighting Types Tms and TR makes Them Good Enough to eliminate their weakness except for Hitmonchan and HitmonTops weak Bullet Punch, Even Gyro Ball won't save em from Fairies.
For a second I thought you called Machamp the 2nd worst Fighting type, which would give a heart attack to my favorite Pokemon, especially since it was hitting the hardest from Gen 1 to Gen 4 (until Gen 5)
“Falinks isn’t that good” BOI, I solo’d Sword with only a Falinks. No retreat is an amazing move for a solo run, and it’s coverage is solid, with moves like Megahorn, Throat Chop and Smart Strike.
Primeape is a glass cannon. That's all it needs to do. Not to mention circle throw. Slap an expert belt on that bad boy and you are in business. You can't say a pokemon is bad if it does what it is intended to do.
Ngl, in Pokemon Black, Sawk was my go-to fighting type. Its Double Kick took down many cave Pokemon with Sturdy. Not bad for a Pokemon that looks like Bert from Sesame Street!
Unburdened hitmonlee with fake out and a normal gem used to be a monster in NU back in the gen 6 and 7 days especially with close combat it was a monster back in the day
They did gen 1 dirty (especially the wrath and the ape) They look awesome but theyre not great... They should definitely give them a boost, to at least make them decent all around, and match their intimidating/cool look with their ability.

Hitmonlee n top are decent Hitmonchan definitely belongs here
Other way around. Chan gets coverage, Lee and Top do not.
Grapploct is interesting because of octolock, but he haven't bulk, I Hope that in the future have more bulk
Id normally say the same thing about primape, but in playing Radical Red he has saved my ass so many times already. I've found a new appreciation for that Pokémon
Radical Red
Anything that ROM Hack touches becomes usuable
*NO EXCEPTIONS*
Swift swim +belly drum polywrath is great and you can win most battles with resist berry but is situational
Theres weak fighting types?
Why would they have any??
Hitmontop I love to use as a physical wall with intimidate to remove hazards. I experiment with phalanx and octolock sometimes with tailwind set ups.
I can see the future. You will be talking about Psychic next and how Unown is the worst.
How is Gallade even on the (dis)honourable mentions list? It's such a viable pokémon with a great typing and deep movepool! Well rounded stats and seemingly often underestimated
I have kinda feeling that,, the thumbnail is taken from a scene from the undertaker vs brock lesner on summerslam,,,
Sawk is much stronger than people think as most have trouble dealing with a choice banded close combat.
Let's do psychic next although I can read your mind and know what the number 1 spot is
Unown
Grapploct gets ice punch and stomping tantrum
All The Fighting Types Tms and TR makes Them Good Enough to eliminate their weakness except for Hitmonchan and HitmonTops weak Bullet Punch, Even Gyro Ball won't save em from Fairies.
For a second I thought you called Machamp the 2nd worst Fighting type, which would give a heart attack to my favorite Pokemon, especially since it was hitting the hardest from Gen 1 to Gen 4 (until Gen 5)
Despite it being useless, I actually like Crabominable. It’s ugly, but in a good way lol but I do like Crabrawler more
#8 are my hitmon sons... 😭😭😭 my poor children deserve better
If I see Bewear in this list there will be trouble
On the thumbnail, it looks like Sawk is parodying Undertaker laughing at Brock (Throh) if so, that's hilarious.
“Falinks isn’t that good”
BOI, I solo’d Sword with only a Falinks. No retreat is an amazing move for a solo run, and it’s coverage is solid, with moves like Megahorn, Throat Chop and Smart Strike.
😐 Mystic, you leave that precious child Falinks alone. Lol
Grapplock is probably my favorite fighting type ever
Looks like Primape desperately NEEDED Annihilape
I love Falinks, I wish it was a little better. :(
I guess there is at least some love put into all of these fighting type Pokemon which explains why this list isn't garbage.
Primeape is a glass cannon. That's all it needs to do. Not to mention circle throw. Slap an expert belt on that bad boy and you are in business. You can't say a pokemon is bad if it does what it is intended to do.
So to cover rest:
Psychic
Ghost
Dark
Bug
Flying
Rock
Dragon
Fairy
Poison
Steel
Um I think the man did flying already you might have to rethink your list
@@deatomized3811 i think flying was on the best per game list not here. Here we had Trasa,Fire,Water,Electric, Normal, Ground, Ice?
There was no Ground it seems so we can lut it between Rock and Dragon or on the very end after Steel
@@k2basior yea ur right my bad
Sad how bad hitmontop is despite it being the most annoying to get
Primeape as second last? Worst than Poliwrath? Mystic?
Psychic-types next! And it should probably have Girafarig in it!
Throh doesn’t have drain punch because it practices judo
Now Pychic
AND Worst Heartgold Soulsilver Team
Ngl, in Pokemon Black, Sawk was my go-to fighting type. Its Double Kick took down many cave Pokemon with Sturdy. Not bad for a Pokemon that looks like Bert from Sesame Street!
The fact that you mentioned Gallade for the list will be enough to max out my frustration
Mentions Gallade at the beginning: *Takes a Pokéball out*
Post video: Ok, we’ll I’m off to a Pokémon center
Unburdened hitmonlee with fake out and a normal gem used to be a monster in NU back in the gen 6 and 7 days especially with close combat it was a monster back in the day
They did gen 1 dirty (especially the wrath and the ape) They look awesome but theyre not great... They should definitely give them a boost, to at least make them decent all around, and match their intimidating/cool look with their ability.
I just used Anger Point Primeape in UM and it was an absolute beast
12:56 Ace Trainer Liam would not be happy.
