I can’t imagine how many people Dr. Hays had helped. I’ve never met him but I’m transformed. The only man who made sense of what to do with childhood trauma, GAD, and self worth. I wish I could find a therapist in my area specialised in ACT. But this alone has helped 😌 thank you I’m grateful 🙏
Buying the book and finishing reading it were the best things I did this year. Thank you so much. It was so making sense. Thank you Thank you Thank you Prof. Love from Malaysia
Is it just me or does it feel like this guy just wants to sell his method so he claims that it works for anything ( OCD, Panic disorder, GAD, depression etc)
I’ve studied ACT for many years-it’s a great system. This talk makes a lot of sense to me, but if it was my first intro to ACT I’d probably not gotten as much out of it. The introductory stuff of ACT is a GREAT place to start, if you haven’t already. (Just a thought. All the best!)

Thank you so much Dr. Kaminetzky for sharing this!
Very important tips. ACT on them !
ACT is actually useful. It's like integrating ERP and mindfullness.
Great video and discussion, thank you so much for sharing this.
This is the 4th time I've watched this. Love it. Thanks for uploading it. Is the video and/or audio downloadable somewhere?
Sounds like an obsession ;)

What? This is nearly unintelligible.
