  • This full body flexibility routine is going to help you relax your muscles and increase your level of flexibility. It is important to work on your flexibility because you can improve your performance at the gym and also your posture.
    You will see how your muscles will recover faster by making stretching a habit and doing this routine daily.

    This is so convenient to follow along. Just do the pose and wait for the timing bell to sound. No need to stop continuously to look and listen to the next pose.

    Thanks Daniela, I'm starting to do the exercises again after a period in which I had to stop them. In recent days I was using some flexibility exercises already present on your channel. So this video is just right. Tomorrow, it's night here in Italy, I will definitely try it.

    I was kind of disappointed because i kept missing stretches because there were some changes that werent synced with the timer. And you didnt hold the left pigeon for nearly as long as the right, i was like wait! left is my bad side! I really wanted to like the video❤

    Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body☀. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!
