An amazing boat, love the fact it has 5 cabins, also the crew are well looked after which is very important in terms of getting good crew. The boat seems to have a vast amount of space. Where is the tender storage. I see the open aft space but it did not seem very deep? Would it be stored on the high low platform? I think my favourite space is the kitchen dinner such a family space.
Interior wise ladies and gentlemen this is adzactly how you layout a yacht! Large saloon seating with large tv directly opposite! Both main deck and skylounge! No bars all over the place taking up precious space! Besides eating if your not outside your all gathered in saloon! Plenty of room for 8 to 10 guests to sit in comfort watching the game or a movie or just chatting and enjoying everyone's company! Simple is the answer not cluttered! The ocean Alexander 90r is a perfect example of to much! The lower deck has small l shape seating with 3 bars just in the main deck not to mention another 2 or 3 in skylounge! It's great to try innovate but keep it simple and spacious! This Viking feels like 120 feet and that's the goal every builder should aim for! Making the vessel feel bigger than it actually is! I get everyone has different tastes and I'm not knocking Ocean Alexander but the more simple a yacht interior is the more spacious it feels! And most yacht owners sell there boats to go bigger! This is a fantastic job by owner to spec the vessel! And also keep colors nutural so people can add there colors! Unless your keeping your yacht forever resale value is important and this yacht is a brokers dream! Will sell to first real buyer! Great video as always guys! Happy sailing all 🛥⚓
Even with a really good job, I wouldn't be able to afford a used yacht, but there are large houseboats that go for a few hundred thousand, and are the same size or larger. There's something beautiful about these yachts though.

Very nice boat that looks like muscled luxury. If I was going to be picky, I think 4 guest accommodations forward of the midship master is probably too much. Your cameras always give the video a larger perspective but judging scale from those 22 inch TVs, the rooms are small and cramped. I would have gone for 3 staterooms. Did I miss a dishwasher somewhere?
she seems to ride like a big hatteras panacera underway - stern low and bow high. interior and exterior spaces look to have been executed very well. decor is tasteful. she is a pretty girl.

I dont know about the value of the boat. Its awesome, definitely but Princess our Fairline or similar can give so much more bang for your buck.
