One of the important things to know in the chronology of BTS is what they did with Mic Drop for the 2017 MAMA award show. They performed four (or five?) songs before it and were not listed as the main group that night. The minute they showed up in black SUITS to perform Mic Drop after all the hip hop outfits we'd seen through the months before, I started screaming in the dark at 5:00AM California time when I was watching it live! Then they killed the performance, with the new dance breaks added in, plus the body rolls at the end. They gave 1000%, not knowing if they were going to win Artist of the Year or not, but they gave it their all, as if saying, "We don't care if we get the top Daesang award or not. We're going to give our all, no matter what because that's who we are!" They were exhausted and wringing wet when they straggled back to their seats shortly before the announcement of their win, so when you see them going back up on stage right away you can see how worn out they were. That performance is a lifetime memory for me - and has ever-inspired me never to give up!

The haters wont stop that time lmao i cant forget because different broadcasting shows having their own Gayo Daejoon so at the same year in the next broadcast they brought their whole live band to perform songs like DNA (rock version) and Not Today while they sang like what they do during thier concerts omg it was one of the biggest callbacks to the haters 🤣

I love seeing J-Hope getting some love. All of them are great dancers, considering most of them learned in their trainee days, but you can tell J-Hope lives and breathes dance. He just embodies it so well and it’s so mesmerizing to watch him.

Like other members, they learned after becoming a trainee, so there was no basis before becoming a trainee.

I like "no wasted moves" cause foreal sometimes bts got the craziest, most wack looking moves out there. If they weren't in these choreographies these moves would have people looking dumb as hell 😂 but performers like bts dance with so much conviction and intention behind each movement that it's undeniably good and truly hardly anyone else can perform it the same way as them

I think my favorite part is during Hobi’s dance break he does that thing where he puts his hand up and like rolls his head. Looks like he broke his damn neck because he breaks mine every single time I see him do it. ALL HAIL THE DANCE KING!!! I love that blaze noticed the transition between V and Jk. I always watch to see how they move. You should watch the fire dance practice and watch the transitions in that one because anyone else would trip on their face plus it’s just a damn good song too. I blast that song so loud. Great reaction guys.

Fun point, since they now have really expensive custom made mics, either Yoongi doesn’t drop the mic at the end, or he switches it and drops the cheaper one.
I love the glee the middle guy feels when his friends on the side are hyping up bts. It's so pure. That feeling of joy because someone else is happy is a special character. It shows me he's a good person. He gets joy from other people's joy. That's pure.
The audio for this dance practice is mixed differently so that their voices come through more than with the recorded/music video version.

I love it whenever they notice Jin is dancing, they even mention his name thrice and even appreciate his dance skills.

I think you guys need to watch the I'm Fine performance on Jimmy Fallon. Jungkook and Taehyung were in PERFECT SYNC. You could only see Taehyung.
Speaking of the choreography for ON in the Manifesto video, I believe that the ON's choreography is a blend of their other choreographies. For example, when you watch around 1:30 of the Manifesto, one of the moves they do is swinging their arm around. Watch IDOL MV and they do the same type of move at the end of the music video. Just with both arms. And in the dance break you can actually see elements from Dionysus and Not Today. Especially when they do the slow motion move that they also did in Not Today. BONUS: at the end of the manifesto, some of the bandmates are only holding drumsticks. Right when BTS turns around together, the ones holding the drumsticks drop them like mics "mic drop".
This choreography fits perfectly on jhope’s style.

You are right. Suga has a natural born swag, dresses and carries himself with swag. I also appreciate you all recognizing Taehyung’s moves. And that is just dance practice. You will be drawn to Tae’s facial expressions during the actual performances. JHope is indeed a danxe king like no other. And you are right, he has a cool flair for clothes. He is the reason why BTS also performs like no other. He and their choreographer Mr S are particular with the angles of each body part (most importantly), the synchronicity, the flow and the formations. Other groups may have the synchronicity but not to the point as the angles. BTS move as one unit. The best!

exactly! if you see the demo choreo that the choreographer submits to BTS, the dancers are dope yet when BTS learned the steps with their added spice in it and performs it... it becomes phenomenal and you couldn't picture the dance being performed by other people than BTS coz it really wouldn't be the same! BTS is the best! there's nothing like BTS!
