- Nesha’s Flowerland has filed a $30M lawsuit against the Giftland Mall for wrongful eviction and damage to property but the management of the Mall claims that she owes rent and refused to sign a new lease.
Sue them! They think they above the law. But does the law mean anything in Guyana! Good luck.

These landlords, property owners need to start reading the law. You can't force someone to sign a new lease because you found someone else willing to pay more.
That's illegal...whether verbal or written contract.
Commonwealth and constitutional law applies in Guyana.
Unfortunately for this woman, too much corruption also exists in Guyana which is why she will have problems.
