that's pretty much the steps I followed. but the printer I used at work was finicky with the edges. your blank paper with the box is genius. that wouldnt help my process. thanks for this!

Yes! Maybe using a not too sticky tape to tape the side that has the punches on it!
Where do you get blank happy planner sized papers from?
I dont. I cut them myself by using an actual HP sheet as a template.
