Moonbin is one one of my favourite dancers. How all these tall boys be looking so smooth is beyond me. What I love about ASTRO is they feel weightless when performing. Very noticeable in some of their earlier choreos
I don’t mind all the pauses because I enjoy professional insights in dance moves because u can point out something I wouldn’t have noticed, as an untrained eye. Just a heads up on their relays, it starts of serious but it never ends the same way. Their chaotic personalities come out. It’s why I enjoy watching theirs. Just a fair warning :P. thank you for this! i know nothing about dance but what i find kind of cool is that every time they sing "umjigyeo" ("move") at the end of the chorus, they make that circular movement with their bodies (and in the music video they're always turning the camera). it's a neat literal translation of the text into the dance.

Loved the break down! I don't know anything about dance, so it is really interesting to hear. What I really love about Astro's choreo, especially in ONE is how they really move with the beat of the song. They slow down or speed up with it, they physically move down or up with it, take big or small steps, extending themselves or making themselves small with the music. I don't know if that makes any sense, but yea, I just love their dancing. I'm so happy One has been getting a lot of love. Have you seen their performance of All Good? It is a b-side off of their new album that they are performing as well. It's definitely a lighter song and probably more their previous music.
