Amazing workmanship. That was not an easy rewind of that salient pole rotor. Great teamwork. That rotary turntable is awesome. Does the drive motor get very hot with all the starting and not much cooling? Keep up the great work.

Hello brother, you do very good job everytime, i appreciate it lot, for your concern regarding downloaded video,it's better to keep videos very short like 4 mins showing highlights only so people will be less concerned about data streaming and your view counts vill increase.
Use plastic cover over the wooden sticks for hammering the copper wire, take any plastic container lid and by heating the plastic mold it over wooden sticks to reduce chances of damaging laminated insulation of copper wire. best use plastic sticks. or take a square tube, let it stand firmly straight , fill inside the tube nylon or plastic, compress the filling , slowly warm the tube to 150 degree centigrade uniformly, while doing so, again and again compress the content of tube, refill the tube, heat and compress untill the whole tube is completely filled with melted nylon or plastics, let it cool while is compressed , use water for faster cooling. then cut the tube to remove the plastic
you should not ask this silly questions, watch the videos and enjoy the content and learn something. the price will depend to many factors, such as the distance, how difficult to open the motor , transportation and so on. it will benefit the client at least 40 percent cheaper if he wanted to buy new one.

We use thermal epoxy cure over night in oven. Thermal epoxy is more expansive but it would be hard as a rock plus better insulation.
