It's an aroma oil.They are different types of aroma oils,like lavender, jojoba,tea tree,from which Rose Mary oil is one (carrier oils) and we need to mix these oils with base oils like olive oil with 4-5 drops of rosemary aroma oil and it and drops will also depends upon volume of hair and length of the hair.

I have once many years a go cut mine hair to a bob in anger cause i was loosing so much hair ,what i regret after hahaha.But yeah onion will help but also iron intake normally its one tablet but i took 2 at times when ever the hairfalls begin for a couple of months
