I recommend watching his interview with Say What Reacts after his MVS❤ he answers a lot of questions and explains lore. He also talks more about his alters/DID and Bipolar.
He only started being open about actually having DID at the end of last year. Before that he only talked about his Bipolar out of fear of what people would think❤️

I dont know if Ian has given us more info about scaredy cat since he started talking about DID. I know that alters can split into more alters and this has happened before when Ian went through a particularly rough patch on tour. Maybe someone that has seen more of Ian's lives can give you more info.
