    Hope you find some motivation to work out. I am lazy too. Very. But Just 15 min on a bike or cross trainer a day has done very good for my values. I bought a crosstrainer for my home so it's very easy to take 15 min every day. When I added 30 min of weights 2-3 days a week, it did absolute wonders for my values, not just glucose but blood pressure and cholesterol. It's really just an hour a week, a few simple exercises for muscles around the body, it made a ton of difference. If you have the money and space for it, get a multigym for the home. I'm saving for one now. Alternatively, there are body-weight exercises like sissy-squat, combined with some barbell exercises (They are cheap) and you may see have a tremendous effect.
