Honestly these people are professionals, this is their entire careers and livelihoods, it's nice to see them show emotions. They should be absolutely ecstatic when they win, and frustrated or upset when they lose, especially if they feel like they lost for something stupid or a simple mistake.
The problem is if Creator gets tilted, his performance suffers. Which means that if it's a series, he'll probably lose the next games too. In comparison, when Serral rages, he controls himself and usually becomes more aggressive gameplay wise.

Second game is a big fail for creator though. The terran was able to move his whole army to his base without him knowing, the phoenix should have been harassing the raven/medivacs the whole time and he should be tracking the movement of the terran army the whole time.
He was already tilted. Couldn't think straight. It also happened in his other match. The problem with Creator is that once he gets tilted, he'll more than likely lose the next games.
