Frank, Weldone. It's always a delight listening to you on topical issues of the day. Shame on the judiciary and all perpetrators of injustice in the system.

It's not a question of court. Frank argues that the conflicting judgements is the issue. That is a false arguement. A superior arguement is that no court can say "go ahead" or "don't go ahead"

The attorney general of the federation has been compromised by the APC. He is aware of all the legal dispute and did nothing about them since he is working for APC and Bola Tinubu.

I agree with tete. That AG keeps quiet a lot. Malami will even speak. This one na APC AG check his recent remarks

Frank, talking forcefully doesn't give your position credit. We know that the AG is an appointee of the president. Infact, he was his lawyer. So, how can such a fellow be fair? There has to be proper screening of judges. Many of them have no business being on the bench.

Take a moment to listen to him again. He alluded to your points but then reemphasized his function as the AG of the federation in addition to being the Minister of Justice. Two separate roles. As AG, Nigeria is his constituency and not APC.

"However wrong a judgement is", Frank Tietie is not making sense at all; Nigeria has basically reach the point to start disobeying deliberately wrong judgement.

Itietie is absolutely right. Stop criticising his opinion as a lawyer. There's no place in the world where judiciary behaves in a confusing manner like what we have seen recently in Nigeria. You may condemn or criticise Itietie but one day it will happen to you. Don't think that riding on the lion's will save you one day Nigeria will happen to you. Keep normalising bad behaviour thinking that it will not affect you

I can't believe TieTie is now talking tongue in cheek. If the states have federating powers, then they must enjoy the stakes. TieTie, pls tell Nigerians the meaning of "court of coordinate jurisdiction" b4 u begin to look 4 a job from Tinubu.

Tinubu is a master strategist at disabling and distabilizing oppositions yet very clueless in leading the Nation!!! Very sad😢, he's busy putting fire in states where he has oppositions leaving the core matter which is governance, right now as family man 100k disappears like 10naira in your hands cos of chaotic and comatose economy

Frank is not making SENSE! Why pick and choose which judgement has to be enforced when both are wrong ab initio!
Additionally, why would a Federal High Court INTENTIONALLY and WRONGFULLY dabble into State matters and you are arguing that it should be obeyed?
To top it up, you are clothing the AGF ( who is always partisan) with the power to direct or command which WRONGFUL order to be obeyed?
    RUBBISH!
