Ayvalık sightseeing Sarimsakli and Badavut beach Kucukkoy Devil's table

We are on the Ayvalık environmental tour on the Aegean tour. We focused on places such as Sarimsakli and Badavut beach, Cennet Tepesi, Küçükköy and Devil's Table. Ayvalık, one of the special places of the Aegean region, is one of the places to live.

It is the summer residence of local tourists in the Ayvalık region. It is 8 km from Ayvalık town centre. It is famous for its sandy beaches and summer houses.

It is in an area further west of Ayvalık Sarimsakli beach. Badavut, with its clean sea, fine sandy beaches and calm sea like its surroundings, is an ideal holiday destination for holidaymakers seeking peace. If you are looking for a quiet holiday place away from the crowd and noise, Ayvalık Badavut is the place for you.
Kucukkoy,
Yeniçarohori (in Bosnian), formerly known as Ayvalık, is a neighborhood of the district. It is also a part of the region popularly known as Sarimsakli. Balkan food is popular in this region due to its population of Balkan immigrants. It is known for its artistic and cultural activities.
Devil's Table,
It is on the dominant rocky hills, 8 km south of Ayvalık town centre. The view of all Ayvalık Islands and Lesbos Island can be seen from the location. It is an ancient lava deposit believed to have the Devil's footprint on it, where people make wishes by throwing coins.
Formed by lava deposits left over from an extinct volcano, this hill resembles a round table. The shape that looks like a footprint enclosed in an iron cage is called the devil's footprint. This hill, known as the devil's table, is one of the places that tourists especially visit. You can also go to watch the sunset. It is privately run, and there is a restaurant on the hill.

According to this story; Zeus' foster mother, named Ida, thinks that the devil will harm Zeus, and he is afraid of this and drives the devil out. It is believed that this devil has 3 legs. It is believed that one of the footprints he left while escaping was on the Devil's Table.
heaven hill,
It is among the highest hills of Ayvalık. It is on the upper road of the city centre. More and more visitors come here every day with its unique view, as well as being a place to take a breather under the pines and enjoy the bay and the islands with a bird's-eye view.
