Hi there, I got my new T5 yesterday and I'm very pleased with the sound quality, battery lasting and ergonomics! Great product for a small budget....but...I've some problems with touch control...It is not very responsive, quite often it misses a touch, even if I take out my bud from the ear and hold in my hand like in this video. I noticed that things go a little bit better if I wet a little bit my finger before touching the bud...but, you know, it's not really handy in this way. Is there any chance for me to improve touch sensibility? Thank you!

@@zaneinnz7789 momentum 2 has a notch around 2-6k and peak around 1k and another peak around bass range. replicating this on t5 is giving it a little bit wider soundstage. Nowhere near momentum 2 but enough to make t5 far more acceptable.

hi, i bought the t5s and the touch controls are not working for the right earpiece, but its working for the left earpiece, i tried touching different parts of the earpiece and touching it slowly but it stil doesnt work. also the ear detection is not working, i remove the right earpiece from my ear and it doesnt pause music. at one point i put both earpieces into the charge case and i took the right earpiece from the charge case first and then only took the left earpiece out and so the touch controls and ear detection are working on the right earpiece, but when i put both into the charge case and try the same thing again, the touch controls and ear detection are not working on the right earpiece again. i tried contacting my online seller and she said these: "The problem you mentioned is a problem of our design. The earphones have anti-mistouch settings, so they will not be very sensitive to use." i replied that if thats the case then both left and right earpiece will have the same problem, but now its only the right earpiece, and she replied "We designed it according to the user's usage habits, the right ear will be more obvious. This is not actually a product quality problem" i factory reset the earpieces but still right earpiece cannot use touch control, even after changing the touch functions using the app its still doesnt perform the functions. please help thank you

try when they're in your ears and there's a song already playing. When I adjust my right earbud while running, it almost always skips the song or pauses it. Twice while running, I hit the left side 3 times while trying to adjust it in my ear and it pulled up siri. All of these accidents happened because I was applying a lot of pressure in hopes of being fast enough to not trigger a response from the earbuds. Practice makes perfect. Turn them on, pair them to your phone, and try, try again!
The left ear phone doesn't connect. When removed from the case only the right one blinks. The right one connects but the left one does nothing. Any help?
@@Qcybrand I figured it out. The right ear bud connected in mono first. Although I couldn't reset the left one, I managed to connect the left one to mono then it became the master and the reset was easy after that.

I just received them but I think they are defect. I put them at 60% to charge and the case does not charge them. Also I put the case with the earbuds to charge it and it shows me that it is foul. Hello, when the charging box is powered, the buds can be directly disconnected when placed back in the charging box. Hello, when you have paired another phone, only this phone can automatically connect to pairing. I think it has 4 lights. When they stop blinking, it's fully charged.

Sometimes the sound are to low/soft even when volume put to max...how to fix that?
If this happens sometimes, make sure that the headset is fully charged. If this is the case, please adjust the absolute volume of the phone.

I just received them but I think they are defect. I put them at 60% to charge and the case does not charge them. Also I put the case with the earbuds to charge it and it shows me that it is foul. But still counting 200mAh with my charging tester. So the indicator of the case is not working. Am I wrong? Thank you.
