I would say burst charge is the best for PvP as it charges about 1-2 bars instantly and doesn't lock you in the animation, full power charge is about as fast in animation but maximum charge will def lock you.
I was using maximum charge with gohan and I could easily get 3 bars of ki off of certain knockbacks and it has the same animation as burst. Burst you can essentially get two bars but anything else after is wasted time when full or maximum can keep going if an opponent chooses to stay back
@@creativebeatdown I use burst charge when they are not knocked back and I need the ki without putting myself in danger as it's about 1.5 sec for 2 ki bars and they can't close the gap in time to really punish, the other use is what you said with maximum charge.
There's a technique (i don't know what its called) that when ever your opponent vanishes behind you you transform with future super saiyan or potential unleashed. Can you do a video on that?
In my opinion, you shouldn't be wasting your skill slot on a charge, you're better off just getting while fighting. Saves you a lot of time and it's more efficient

Short answer, no, if you have burst charge use it off of a knockback. Other than that run a super soul that gives you more ki on basic attack hit

Well it's safe armor and knockback simply but I can do a video on it
