To all the people telling its pulav and not veg biryani.
There is a thing called veg biryani. Pulav is a one pot meal where rice is boiled in the same pot as spices,veggies etc. Where as in a biryani rice is boiled separately and its layered in a separate handi or matka along with the masala,vegetables and later dum is applied to it. Also biryani includes twice the no. of spices as a pulav.
It's not to hurt you or offend you guys as everyone is entitled to their opinions.
