it boggles the mind how many sports internet types are putting 100% blame on the head coach. caleb fucked it. rookie qbs get head coaches fired all the time, it happens.
Yeah Caleb fucked up, but he's a rookie QB and it's the coaches job to prepare the players for those situations. You got a 21 year old rookie out there running the offense because the have effectively no OC. Their OC got fired for being bad, well who hired the OC? You think Caleb Williams would out there changing plays if Kyle Shanahan were his coach? He probably changed the play because they call they gave sucked and he had no faith in it.
i saw the reports that the second play call was another qb draw. so yeah he needed to change the play. i think thomas brown panicked because he thought that eberflus was going to call a timeout.
.32 on the clock when he got sacked the ONLY reason to use your last timeout is if you have a stupid QB, cost him his job and they still have a stupid QB
42 seconds, 2nd and 10, where's Swift? Run and time out after the run and kick the field goal for overtime. Bears defense has hand cuff the Lions and Bears offense is clicking in the 2nd half.
Flus is gone 11:38 am. I’m curious did you see rookie quarterback Caleb Williams receiving a call in and no flus calling a timeout. But come on CW is a Rookie receiving a call
Bro.... I don't think Matt is as horrible as Chicago fans make him out to be. Time management isn't all him. He has a whole staff and not a soul said anything. Look we had to suffer through Dennis Allen. I'd take Matt next year.
Owners need to stop moving up Coordinators prematurely convinced they're going to be the next Sean McVay. Chicago needs to go get Mike Vrabel. Bears fans should start a petition.
hellow blind person, im sure this might be new to you... but rookie qbs get head coaches fired, it happens and yes, that entire situation was on caleb. eberflus was probably fired at the end of the season due to the season, but him gone today? thats on caleb
You got to put that on Caleb. From the play called it was supposed to be a quick out and then call a time out. the QB took an extra 5 seconds to hike the ball and then took a deep shot instead of throwing to the sideline?! Wtf was he thinking?
That’s not on the rookie QB. He bares some responsibility, sure. About 30%. The other 70% is on the guy whose job it is, to make sure everyone is on the same page. AKA The head ball coach.
Caleb's film has been ok. Not great. He's had flashes for sure but also has really bad moments every week. I think it's fair to say he's probably their guy. But it's still too early to say he's going to be a Dude
He's the best rookie QB by far. you blind or just a hater. He's had the best QBR for rookies since Thomas Brown started calling plays. You kinda dumb huh?
@TheJoePusher He's not the best by far. He's played 2 good games. He's also lost both games and made major mistakes at the end of both. I said he's the Bears guy. Too early to say he's going to be a Dude. Not sure how that makes me a hater but you got it. I'm dumb
3:24 thank you! Everyone is blaming Eberflus and letting Caleb off the hook for standing there flapping his arms like a f*cking m*r*n at the end of the game. If that 🤡 doesn’t know to call a timeout either, he has no business in the NFL.

Ben Johnson 😈
Why can't I unsee a tiny, little skull in the nose of the Bear's logo?
oh wtf! now you got me seeing it!!
I hate you now
Thats the ghost of papa George

Seeing Kyle Long talk about the bears is always good

Ben Johnson also knows that the Mccaskey's still own the Bears and assembled the rest of that coaching staff around Caleb.
Good video🏈💥
I saw CW receiving a call so the coach’s needed to have there stuff together in his ears

Williams doesnt throw one those TDs in the Lions game without a huge hold that was ingored. Is this how QBs are created...
Owners need to stop moving up Coordinators prematurely convinced they're going to be the next Sean McVay. Chicago needs to go get Mike Vrabel. Bears fans should start a petition.
Ben Johnson better bring the Detroit offensive line with him...
Ben's not going to leave the Lions to coach the Bears of all teams. Especially when he has a chance to be part of a Superbowl run!
14-32. Enough said.
Caleb is a damn rookie. he's the only reason they were even in that situation. he fucked up yes, but it's not on the rookie. please.

You're slow and have no clue, yes after the sack he could have operated faster, with 32 seconds left the coach should have called TO. PERIOD
