why the corridors are so rundown? I mean, my apartment block isn't the finest too, but isn't broken or miserable
Some apartment buildings actually have such hallways... But you can always change the floor and wall coverings 😀😀😀

Except you NEED CC to actually fill all those apartments.
You don't need CC. All that is needed is "For Rent". After the introduction of the codes (press Shift+Ctrl+C > enter the code "testingcheats true" > enter the code "bb.increaserentalunitcap on" > press Shift+Ctrl+C), you will be able to fit 36 families on the lot.

We’ve all spent so much money on this game and you”ve decided to lock your builds behind a paywall, permanently it seems. Which not only goes against EAs policy but also means you are charging people to access builds with no CC, you didn’t create any of the objects you place in your builds and we all paid 100s already. If you were charging for early access and releasing the builds publicly afterwards, this wouldn’t be a big deal, but I checked your patreon and there’s stuff that has been locked for 1year+. Appalling. Your builds are lovely but they’re not accessible. I love to support creators that offer early access, but this is not something you provide so I will not be joining. I hope you consider better ways to share your work.
