I'm really enjoying and appreciating your reviews; purchasing full bottles of both the Diamine Sherwood Green and Diamine Oxford Blue. Thank you for sharing your expertise.
One of my favourite green inks (of any brand) of all time. Very dark, attractive, dependable and ‘well-behaved’ as you’d expect of Diamine inks anyway. I have the Sherwood Green in two of my pens: a Forest Green Conklin Duragraph with a 1.3 mm stub nib and my Sheaffer Imperial with a wet, smooth F nib. It’s a thrill to see this green laid down by those pens. I find SG to be a very practical ink for all kinds of situations in every day writing. The other Diamine green I really dig is the Emerald.
@@DJParkesie959II You're right...i looked up some samples of that. Green is my favorite color but I prefer darker greens on paper -eg. Dark Forest. Experimenting w/Green/Black. and RO River of Fire. They do tend to get pushed to black on off white paper.
@@adamglass2599 I love Diamine's Green/Black. I'll take a look at Dark Forest. I actually kind of like Ultra Green. Nice if you put it with another dark ink.

It is very nice to hear that my channel is useful as a tool to help in making your ink purchases.
Nice review as usual. RS.
Thanks! 👍
Thank you for the review, it has become my favourite ink
You are so welcome!

It is great when you find a color you really love to use in any pen all the time. Congrats!
Thanks for the review, and Happy Thanksgiving to you! Gonna give this a sample try, compare it to Herbin Lierre Sauvage and choose between them.
This is good but I am a fan of the Lierre Sauvage and would personally go with that. But either is a good choice.
Thanks for the review! I would like to ask if this is darker than Delamere green, and which one do you prefer? :)
I would say that Delamere green is darker than Sherwood green, but I thing the Sherwood green is a nicer green.
In a sample, i found this one too bright and cheerful for me in a TWSBI broad.
To bright and cheerful, lol.
You'd hate Ultra Green then haha.
@@DJParkesie959II I haven't gotten to testing that yet. Maybe next year.
