    Kate got it exactly right!
If we're going to win the world cup, we need it with a the most qualified and apt footballer leading the team.
All personal issues aside, that is, without a shadow of a doubt, John Terry.

You're all banging on about 'if he is the best man for the job then let him'. What he has done means that he is NOT the best man for the job. Clearly the people commenting in favour of the blonde have no experience of professional sport, but a captain leads by example on and off the pitch. A captain is NOT always the best player on the team, but the player who shows leadership and who earns respect. Terry lost that respect. Players won't stand by him as captain.

Once England wins matches in the world cup and advances all these talks will go away. As long as he performs on the pitch everythings else will be forgotten.

WELL SAID KATE!!! Couldn't have put it better myself! John no doubt made a huge mistake and I am really disappointed with his behaviour and feel for his poor wife, BUT John is a fantastic captain, for sure the best man for the job! He should keep his job, plus with the World Cup this year, it's not time to be making big changes to the team!

Terry is an awesome footballer and he has earned his captaincy. The media needs to back off and let terry and his wife deal with this issue themselves.

What JT does in his life shouldnt be allowed to effect his work life. Yes he cheated ... so do a 1,000 other men but because he's JT people are quick to judge!
He's a good team player but a crap husband. Leave his footie alone.
