Had you asked me prior to that if I liked "screamo" I'd say absolutely not, but Rou eased me in gently and now I am finding the most gratifying screams come from female singers. When they are able to manipulate their bodies to make such sounds without hurting them - talent. I will never grow tired of a woman who can belt one out with all her internal rage.
Matt Fry Rou has been doing the Mashup on several of his solo acoustic gigs. (I absolutely love listening to him playing acoustic numbers, so...) This is by far the biggest and best I've seen so far! 😊 Wish I could of been there!!
I didn't catch this acoustic set cause I was with friends watching someone on another stage and didn't find out about it after. Someone in the pit after their Sunday evening performance came up and started chatting to me about it (I was absolutely wrapped in the paper streamers from that set) and now, having seen this, kinda wish I'd been at the introducing stage for this
@@Actuallyadogperson It was a pretty short set so you didn't miss too much. Ha I nearly choked to death after inhaling one of those bloody bits of confetti. Well worth it though.

Literally my favourite live band. I saw them at Slam Dunk 2017 when they played TTTS from start to finish for the final time, and I cannot put in to words how fucking insane the energy in the room was. Been 7 years since that gig but I remember every second of their set, it was the best live performance I've ever been to.
Absolutely beautiful. There are no words to describe the feeling in your soul when you connect with a crowd on this level. Complete master class by Enter Shikari. Cheers mates.

They were the secret set at Reading. They were originally playing 4 sets in total throughout the weekend, including Leeds and they wanted to break the record of the most sets played during the festival so this ended up being their 5th
