Focus comes across as the sort of guy that would be very good at anything he turned his hand to. I can only speculate that whatever he's occupying himself with these days, instead of producing auditing videos, is something that he finds highly rewarding.
I have an idea for a video for you, I call it bacon bingo. Two autitors go to a police station, each with a unique bingo card filled with the usual regurgitated nonsense that police are trained to say. First person to complete their card wins.
Examples on cards can include "obviously you can understand" "in this current climate" "public order" "PACE" "mate" "can I just get your details" "stop talking and listen to me"
What a brilliant idea .... Even better get a whole gang of auditors and see how many more crass things the police come up with to deal with them and see how long it takes them to realise they are playing bingo. Bingo goes to the auditor that gets them to say something they haven't said yet !
I was a bit down this morning as I had a disastrous new year but as soon as you said Focus Pocus a big smile came on my face . I wish Focus had asked that security guard to show him his immigration papers stating that he needs to make sure he,s legally here before he obeyed his instructions. I just wonder what his reaction would have been
chester cathedral ...they always moving drones on...i know them 2....even though no restrictions...i had it...3 weeks before a event there...told about 4 times even though no restrictions by different cathedral staff...police around there says i could do it...after showing apps...and i asked police all over chester before flying..by the river ect...as police had their drone up...weather or not i could fly over cathedral..all said yes ....ONLY cathedral staff had problems...security risk due to upcoming event...even though they said themself no event was on...they need educating ...lets drone the fuck out of it...checking no events there first lol
4:26 as a security operative for 14 years with both DS and CCTV licences, the industry is fully compromised. Most companies are fully DEI and dont care about standards, that includes the training providers.
Start calling the cops , making them go after the bullies ; - for a drone-pilot being harassed mid-flight , which is dangerous & illegal ! You don't have a chat ,with your pilot - mid-flight !!!
Get back behind the gate HI VIZ man, it’s a public right of way plus the lampposts show that it’s public and I bet the council mowed that grass, Focus Pocus was great especially when the drone cops turned up, 😂…👍🙏
5:00 I know security like to make their presence known as it lets your company know that you are doing your job but this can be achieved by observing from a distance, engagement should only be made if you see that the individual is going to breach a secure area or can have a chat after when the person of interest come back off the land or if approaches with question for you the security.
When security talk into their radios, I wonder if they go crackle noise into the radio after they talk like Neil in the young ones when he was a copper.
"Can you stop doing that thing you're doing please. I'm pretty sure you're not allowed to do it because I heard you're not allowed to do it from 10pm tonight. Why are you being so rude? I'm calling the police"
So, on Statutes, there are various rules and guides which one can read specifically on the interpretation of statutes but for the most part, although regular judges may be able to apply their own interpretations to the rules, regulations and policies ( Statutory Laws ) of Jural societies such as ours ... ULTIMATELY ... if there is any dispute over the interpretation of a given statute, it is the Appellate Court Judges who have the final say and the authority to overturn any rulings which may have been applied where they feel a lower court judge perhaps made an error in interpretation.
Cultural differences & critical thinking are sadly lacking in cheap labour security. Just doing as they are told will not cut it as the Nuremburg trails taught us. Focus Pocus is a master in citizen journalism
In fairness A.C.T ( Action Counters Terrorism) training labels people with cameras overtly or covertly taking pictures as suspicious and should be made contact with (spoken to). I would imagine he had to do this training as it was required until recently
6:45 This guy says he's from Serbia, do you reckon his training or company have give him enough knowledge of UK law (not just company policy or guidelines) to do his job or are they just using his blind assumptions to cause animosity between security and members of the public, buy each one acting on a different train of thought?
Isnt that the most fun with FP tho ?? Not often, but by god when he does...throughly reserched..finds an ill informed mess to out wit. Less is more with the much loved FP 😊
Beats me why security leave their post to come out onto public property to challenge someone doing nothing illegal. If it is still within their boundary fair enough but if it isn’t, just stay in your own security building and mind your own business.
He’s not flexing his rights, he’s on private property. Talking of “implied rights” also shows he got his legal education from the university of yootoob. This vid is several years old and hopefully he’s wised up a lot.
@ Think this was a very old vid, back from FP’s early days. Any auditor or practitioner of public photography that’s talks about ‘implied rights’, basically, hasn’t a clue what he’s talking about. He was on private land, - there’s no “right to film” on private land, like there is on public streets and paths. Sure it’s not a crime, but they can boot him off for filming if they want. I have seen some excellent work from Focus Pocus, but this ain’t one of them.
Focus Pocus certainly knows his stuff... Great auditor.
It's a security guard. No more power than my neighbours cat.
Need to be a certain colour🤪🤪🤪
Persian???
😂😅@@TriumInfinitum
Yep,and the cat can lick it's own arse as a party trick 🏴👍🤣
Just wish he would upload more regular, certainly the best.
PTTP is fantastic too.
It always amazes me that someone can come up a tell someone what to do without actually knowing, This whole video is mind blowing
Knowledge is power. Stop the hostiles at the earliest opportunity and don't let them get away with anything.
Focus comes across as the sort of guy that would be very good at anything he turned his hand to.
I can only speculate that whatever he's occupying himself with these days, instead of producing auditing videos, is something that he finds highly rewarding.
Agreed
I always assumed from his chat and his gear that he’s a contract professional photographer.
Focus pocus best ever.
Focus the don
FP he's the best 👌
8:27 - 'I'm not trying to stop you doing anything'. Ten seconds after trying to stop him doing something.
Wish focus would make a come back. Great auditor.
King Pocus

@@Phrasing_they must have nightmares when any one tells them NO 🤡🤡🤪🤪

Brilliant reaction video
Yes it was brilliant thanks for bringing back. I'm just going to watch it all again now. He is brilliant 🙏🏴
Thank you

Focus is second to none.
The high viz guy sounds like a bond villain.😂
Just missing the cat.
@UncleB52 and the swivel chair.
A Classic video, great upload. I highly recommend you all watch the full video as it is just about to get spicy!
4:09 100% agree respects both ways and all men and women are equal in the eyes of the law no matter your position or job title.

FP is amazing.
Mr Inbetween News!!
Wish Focus Pocus would come back. He is the sets the standard for all auditors.
"Can you stop doing that thing you're doing please. I'm pretty sure you're not allowed to do it because I heard you're not allowed to do it from 10pm tonight. Why are you being so rude? I'm calling the police"
What's that theme track you've got mate?
It's rockcliffes babies
Brilliant analysis
Such a shame he only delivers a couple of videos a year but always worth waiting for
Whats the intro song?It sounds familiar.

The more interactions u have the better u will be,, so get out there folks.. u don't have 2 post anything.. just record..

What’s the tune at the beginning of this video?
And yoo kaan do one and f.o. back where ye came from, silly man!...best pipe down!,when you are a guest we didnt ask for or want...one of millions.

First
Impressive the way all these foreigners know our laws. Surprised they don't work in the legal field.
Another international crime expert
Reform party will deport these security clowns.
A question I have for you...MR INBETWEEN ARE YOU FOCUS POCUS??? 😮😮
Hmmm I am wrong but I don't like being wrong so I will try and find somebody who will say I am right even though I know I am wrong.

I think if you listened properly you’d note he was highlighting some reasonable points.
