I have reported this company to PAYPAL they don’t honour there money back guarantee I have sent log files and screenshots. To be honest I don’t think it’s a real person that replies back they address you as dear customer. They also repeat the same messages to you I think it is automated robot replying back I’m now allowing for PayPal to recover back my full money
my phone is literally restarting every 2-3 minutes and im trying the reiboot method but as it keeps turning off i dont think ill ever get pass the firmware package part
I have a feeling it’s my battery health but it’s on 100% but when it randomly turns off and turns back on in seconds I can see my battery at like 19% but on a split second it changes to 41% what’s the problem really? (Pls help)
@@jelleclaessen3848keep trying to turn phone on until dead. Leave on charger for 30mins. Let die again same method.. After it goes to 0 the second time it should charge and work normally. Also before you try any of this ; press hard on the left side of your screen towards the middle to push battery back in place. Two solutions work easy

That's what triggered this all for me. I had a reputable phone repair shop replace the battery and as soon as they handed it back to me I saw that it was shutting down and restarting over and over and over.
