There are parts of me that are very Type A. But I never could fully identify that way. I don’t want to be in charge of others. I just want to be in charge of myself. I have been called intimidating, and I’ve had women in leadership consider me a threat when I absolutely was not interested in their jobs and had zero power. This describes me perfectly, right down to my learning style (I’ve always called myself a “holistic learner” because I do have to fully immerse myself into any new content, and then it’s almost like I absorb it) and the randomly shape shifting boundaries. As a SF, I find it easier, instead of trying to "read" someone's motivations, to instead, take people at their word and observe their actions/non-actions, to see if they both line up. If they don't, then some sort of deception is going on and usually the other person gets so tired of being caught in their deceptions, they give up and either own up to it or move on to someone else. The Bible says, "Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks..." (Matt. 12:34). For example, if someone claims to be loyal to you but consistently declares loyalty to someone else instead in front of God and everyone, then I take them at their word until they prove otherwise with their actions. As all SF's know, a lack of loyalty is a deal breaker.
No fear when it comes to self improvement and deeply set goals and aspersions.

I’m a SF and living w/narcissistic mother. Narcissist manipulates, no qualms about lying to get what one desires while trashing/sacrificing others wants n needs. Designate a scapegoat and use freely to make herself look good or justify her action, never quiet, can’t stand alone, and etc which SF is not if not totally opposite of it, imho. 😅

It’s true. I can not understand or see myself at all but I wouldn’t say it’s the same as not knowing myself because I don’t waiver in my truths. It is really difficult for me to be that “good” Christian though. I think it’s partially because we’re harder on ourselves than anyone could ever be and that guilt and shame can be alienating, even from Jesus who never forsakes us. I think it’s a strange mix of circumstance and just being born this way that creates such women. It’s definitely not an easy existence, like a blessing and a curse. I would be interested to hear more on how such women come to be. Also, even though I know I am one such woman, I feel like I am full of myself to say so or I’m at least perceived that way…a bit of both.
