No, I see it as: Whitney is being honest about her hearing rumors about Lisa. The other girls just don't want to be honest too, because they want to maintain this status quo bullshit. Heather kept saying how people were not being themselves, the way they are supposed to be. That's not how life works hunny. People change their minds. She kept thinking her and Whitney were okay, but she never approached Whitney for her own behaviour and actions that caused her hurt. Why would anyone approach someone who has consistently been unreliable, unaccepting, and negative towards them? So I can see why Whitney didn't go to Heather after she kicked her out of her home. Like Heather clearly has his mind elsewhere and isn't present. She just totally didn't acknowledge Jen saying she had suicidal ideation.
It seems like she’s upset because she think Whitney really did hear Angie talking about it, and thinks that she’s lying about remembering it… just like heather ‘forgetting’ they were fighting at the moment. This season every time Whitney tried to talk to Heather about the issues going on, Heather would FREAK out & not be able to have a conversation. Heather trying to make disrespectful comments to heather when it came to her dealing with trauma was so out of line, just like her physically pushing heather was.
I loved Heather last 2 seasons, but this season it seemed like Heather was just off. I did start to like Whitney, but then she would bring problems up every time people were drunk, which was extremely irritating.

Meredith was equally involved in spreading, insinuating and implying rumours about Lisa. One of them (Whitney) is owning her part, the other (Meredith) is using semantics to wiggle out from any accountability. That makes Whitney leaps and bounds more redeemable. Period.

@@adamsnewman5480 We don't know, maybe they did report it, and maybe someone is getting sued also, which could be one the more reason for them to be secretive. If there's a police investigation they can't say shit. And as for who it might have been, Heather had beef with two women this season, and both of them were pissed off their heads that night. Heather has also pushed Whitney twice this season, and this one time it was also quite aggressively; so whereas I do not condone violence in any possible way, I would not be too mad at Whitney if she'd finally lost it. Whitney can be annoying as heck but you don't push people. Jen is in enough trouble as it is, but as we all know she has no self control.. so who knows. I am sure that it will eventually come out tho, once it's all settled we will know who it was.

I don't even think that that's the real reason why Whitney is mad at Heather. She's mad at H. because H has been strangely dismissive about her childhood abuse allegations; which I too find very awkward coming from a supposed best friend and relative. This season is very lack luster. All the episodes are repeats of prior ones, resolve the issues and move on. BORING it hard to watch entire episode in one setting for me.

These situations are tough. You can see they’re both hurt, unable to see eye to eye. It’s also clear that they are using the defence mechanisms that they’ve relied on their entire life to feel heard.
This whole scene is sad and toxic really. I might get “it’s not that deep,” but from a psychological standpoint it just feels like there is so much messy projection and pain here on both ends.
I honestly don’t believe it’s that deep at all. Heather is not obligated to co-sign Whitney’s messiness. She could’ve kept that to herself, or told Lisa that news in private instead of saying that in front of the rest of the women.
