If 7 th and 2 nd lord both are the same planet example for aries it is venus if it sits in 9 th house and jupiter sits in 7th lord is it good or both?

What if Mars (Lord of 2 and 7) exalted in the 4th house for Libra lagna? Does that give this yoga?
Check two things here - the dispositor of the 4th House and the 9th from the 4th House.
