Stranger things season 3 aired and as always this show never disappoint.
This little show has won my heart a few years ago, and I felt like I had to give you this little video. The warm atmosphere of this series has always managed to put me in a good mood and happy. I suggest you guys to watch It If you haven't already.

Rem Back in season one when they found Will’s “body”, they played this song. We soon later found out that it wasn’t really his body. And that Will was truly alive.
This same exact song played in the end of the last episode of season three. Meaning that Hopper may still be alive (I mean I’m stating obvious, of course he isn’t dead). But it’s basically saying for those who don’t know that he’s alive.

In 2 damn days, you have crafted the most perfect tribute I have ever seen for this show. And I promise that is no exaggeration. Honestly, this was incredible. The mix of happy and sad and uplift in this video was insane! You always do it in your videos, but for Stranger Things it just felt so goddamn right. You made this incredible video that I'll be sure to rewatch many times. I'd love to see more Stranger Things from you, as this video clearly showcased how good you are at editing for this show. I would have looked at you funny if you’d told me that I’d cry over Billy goddamn Hargrove. But that kid stood no chance after his mom left.
I loved this season so much. There was so much development and growth for the characters. It showed how the kids grew apart but in the end they beautifully grew together. I loved the redemption of Billy in his final moments and Hopper’s heart to heart. This edit shows the best of the season in a great way. Amazing job.

I didn't realize this at first, but when Billy talks to Eleven in the blindfold thing at 01:44, he's crying.
I think the real Billy knew what he was doing, but the Mindflayer was taking complete control over him, so he could do nothing about it.

Dude, this show and it's freaking story arcs! hats off to Billy in S3 for pulling a Steve from S2 and redeeming himself. That was incredible!

Oh boy, @3:30 juxtaposing Hopper embracing El, Joyce embracing Will, and El realizing Hopper isn't coming home . . . that's brutal.
I think what hurts so much about the scene where Billy tells Eleven "We are going to end everyone" is that he is crying while he's saying it. It just shows you that Billy is still in there, and that he is aware of what he's doing, even though he can't stop it. Billy was a broken young man, but gained redemption, because although he wasn't perfect, the circumstances of his life made him the way he was, and he was still partly good on the inside.
This is a beautiful tribute. Thank you.
I never thought that Billy would become one of the biggest heroes. Dacre Montgomery turned in an amazing performance. The tears as the Mind Flayer was speaking through him, threatening to end everyone, was a touch of genius. Just a tiny way to show that Billy was still in there trying to find his way back. ❤️❤️❤️
Yeah, those tears where what absolutely broke me. Billy was a terrible person-he had no choice but to be after his mom left. But he still had that goofy surfer kid who wanted to be good still in there.
And that damn “I’m sorry,” with his last breath was what sealed it.

If you go back and rewatch the scene there’s a subtle and in my opinion more emotional moment. When Eleven says “She was really pretty” in reference to his mother he nods back at her with such raw emotion.

With only sheer will, honestly I think hopper is much more of a hero.

It would infect Earth, killing anyone on it if that portal was opened and presumably just like the mind-flayers behaviour, it would branch out to the whole Galaxy infecting that, and possibly further, It is an entity which knows no bounds, even time itself and would easily if something didn't stop it, destroy the whole Universe.

This season was beautiful, the biggest improvement from a previous season I think I’ve ever seen on television.
With the massive success it’s had and the success game of thrones failed to have critically its clear to me that moving forward today’s society are actually gripped by good well written characters in well crafted screen plays.
This song is used ingeniously in the show, when wills ‘body’ is found and then in Season 3 when they say goodbye, it’s so emotional and I can’t believe I was 11 when the first series came out, it feels so long ago now and this show honestly means so much to me, more then words can describe
Mark my words, Slyfer will name his next iron man tribute and it will be called “you can rest now” after pepper’s final line

Hopper showed his protective and amazing dad show "dying" as a father figure and hero. Alexei letting his loyalty and joy in true friends/family show. And Billy showing his beautiful broken character proving his misunderstood person wrong, dying as hero, for everyone. Our Heroes. Our inner heroes. Beautiful people and a beautiful edit.

Billy really pulled through in that scene. He really redeemed himself and watching him stand up like that and take everything he took from the flayer to protect them really struck a chord. I knew there was good somewhere in him and I’m glad his character was redeemed.

I love the imagery of Billy stabbed by the tentacles of the mind flayer, like they're chains attached to him, and him dying was a release from the mind flayer and departing from the world where he tried to make amends in his final moments of life by saving El

[ Before reading this, I’m a HUGE stranger things fan ] [ I’m also a hard person to get to cry ]I had searched up “Heroes” to hear the song because it was in stranger things twice, and this popped up first. I clicked on it expecting to see all my favorite characters in one 4 minute video, and I did, I saw Billy’s death again. I saw Hoppers disappearance. But what made my crack and bawl my eyes out was “And for the sake of your poor old dad, leave the door open 3 inches. -Dad”

I remember watching the show the day it came out,I was only 10 years old and I saw so much potential with the show. Then I remember months later it started to blow up the second season was on its way. I loved everything about season 3 besides the predictability of it. Thank you Slyfer for this video 🙏🏼

Guys chill. “The American” is Brenner. Hopper’s only way of escape when the laser exploded was through the portal. He is in the Upside Down. Season 4 will likely be a lot like season 1 in the way that the team has to save another person (Hopper) from the Upside Down just as they did in season 1 with Will.
billy did become a hero, just for one day, or one moment, and that is enough.
This video is so good. I love Hopper and I was so shocked what happened to him at the end. I really hope he's not really dead. He has to be alive. His story can't end so fast. I believe he's still alive. His speech killed me though. 😭
