Wash your hair in which water reaches the skin of your head. 6. Wash the right part of your body 7. Gargle your mouth very well and wash your nose up to the soft bone. 8. Wash the left part of your body 9. Make sure every part of your body is covered in water 10. Congratulations! Ghusl can equal wudoo. So you can pray after it without making wudoo. This way is according to the sunnah of prophet Mohammad [PBUH]

I was taught that first soap yourself wash yourself good then make intentions performing for in sake of Allah the Ghusul so I ca do my prayers then just stand front of the water and let water cover from head to toes then MUST make wudu and then you can pray BUT have to make sure you face the right direction and make intentions.

The water would only be soiled if it has a foreign body for example blood, urine or excrement. If it is regular water from your tap it is perfectly fine it doesn't need extra methods of purification. Not only this but there are ways of washing without pure water if it is not available i.e Tayammum using something like sand. The creator is very understanding of all the circumstances of his followers.

Salam aleikum, first, for Ghusl washing inside the ears, nose, and whatever is considered to be an inner part of the body is not obligatory. Regarding the moist on your finger, if this makes a BARRIER on your skin so the water doesn't reach it, you have to remove it during the Ghusl.
No need to perform Wudhu if you have performed an "obligatory" Ghusl such as Janabah. In addition, the same is for SOME "Mustahab" or recommended Ghusls such as the Jumaa Ghusl. Read more about this issue in the Islamic laws book.

Salaams, I have extreme waswasa, when I do ghusl, so much so, that it may take me an hour, doing ghusl. I know the prophet (saw) used 3 litres and you don't have to rub, it just has to flow on your body and pass, and i know Allah does not burden a soul more than it can bear, but i keep worrying that Allah will not accept my ghusl and i will have invalid prayers, which will lead me in jahannam for 80 years/per missed prayer. Wa alaikum assalam. Just to let you know that Waswas or continuous doubtful thoughts are not from a sound mind and we have in narrations that they are from the whispers of Shaytan. So if you are following your doubts and washing over and over, know that this is not what your Aql or logic tells you. These are doubts and whispers that you are following. For Ghusl it's enough to wet your skin. So even by wiping a wet hand over your skin you might get the Ghusl done. In addition, for Ghusl, it's enough to wash the outer parts of the body. Washing the inner parts like inside the ears, nose or genital areas are NOT needed.
Remember Allah knows your intentions, so if you are intending and trying your best to perform Ghusl and for whatever reason maybe you make a mistake one day- that does not matter Allah will accept your prayers Waswasa is from shaytan telling you you doing it wrong so you give up and stop trying. Do your best and Allah knows best

For Ghusl it's enough to wet your skin. So even by wiping a wet hand over your skin you might get the Ghusl done. In addition, for Ghusl, it's enough to wash the outer parts of the body. Washing the inner parts like inside the ears, nose or genital areas are NOT needed.
Remember Allah knows your intentions, so if you are intending and trying your best to perform Ghusl and for whatever reason maybe you make a mistake one day- that does not matter Allah will accept your prayers Waswasa is from shaytan telling you you doing it wrong so you give up and stop trying.
