There is Pen and the other thing is a Note of 5 thousand. The artwork is showing that Balli chose money that's why his life got messed up and Anjum chose Pen to earn his living... "Mein" is the name of his EP and this track is from that EP.

It was a horrible time and Anjum has seen that time very closely.
Balli is his alter ego and not his actual friend.
The thing is that it's a general story of many criminals and every Karachiite could relate to it because we've heard the news like "saddar k aiteraaf maaray gaye 2 namaloom afraad".
Obviously each and every criminal has it's own terrible story and he has tried to convey the other side of the story....
