Another gem Dr. Boyce, thank you also for making the distinction between getting an "Education" and being "Educated" Be a leader, be a King even when you don't feel like it. Don't ever let fear immobilize you, feel the fear and act anyway. Great message as usual Dr. Boyce thanks for the insight.

Being a brotha in corporate America sucks!!
Last one to get hired, 1st one to get fired, no matter how good you are at your job duties you're written up/warned/let go/terminated once you make mistakes no matter how forgivable they are, dealing with passive-aggressive Karens and Kens, ugh! I recommend NOT working in corporate America unless it's mandatory 😬🙄😤😖😅

I really enjoy watching these videos, although I'm not black. I'm Hispanic. Us and African Americans sorta have the same racial problems, to an extent. So these videos help and empower me as well. Great video Boyce.

lol, Hispanic is not a race...we are all in the same struggle. you even having to state that and follow with your comment that we are in the same struggle demonstrates we are all in the same fight.

+WayneBrady Ever the victim? Keep voting for the ghetto "keep the ignorant morons on the plantation for votes because they're too simple to realize what we're doing" party, and you'll still be there for another fifty years, since it's worked so well since the "war on poverty" for blacks, but you'll still be told what victims you are. LOL. Dumb as hell.

Dr. Boyce Watkins, i know you were talking to the black man and I really enjoyed listening to you. As a single woman who has raised three beautiful children who are grown now, I was intrigued and inspired. I would love to know from you what would be a good stock to invest in. While my son and daughters are still young I would love to teach them what I learn from you. Thank you once again for sharing what you learn and know.

Dr. Watkins, what we need from you at this particular juncture is sustenance! What we need is for you (since you're more than well qualified - PhD) to *CREATE* a *BLACK* *ECONOMIC* *ASSOCIATION*, (A massive cooperative, if you will) that UNITES ALL OF THE FOLLOWERS from every influential black social media channel, etc., around the "MAXIM" of practicing black group economics. The premise is to *register one million working African Americans; who will pledge to donate $1.25 a week towards funding and creating: black own businesses, farms, Credit Unions, schools, medical centers, vocational training centers, etc*. Conceptually, this represents the rudimentary underpinning of *BLACK GROUP ECONOMICS*; it's the embryogenesis of the movement itself. This is where it all begin! Use your knowledge and connection to "*ORGANIZE*" the black MASSES behind this economic movement. In order to ensure TRUST, (among the masses) it's imperative to include a legal mandate which discourages misuse of the funds and corruption. Dr Boyce, gather the brightest black minds (Dr Anderson, etc.) from all relevant disciplines and rally the masses to take collective action. From amongst these experts, create a *THINK TANK* that decides where the money would ultimately be spent and which communities, individuals, project, etc. would be funded; based on their priority or significance. Everything that's important to black economic empowerment should be included. *Think how many black individuals would benefit from this initiative*, Dr Boyce. Most importantly, there should be a subsidiary in every US State where local community leaders would collect and provide data (to the *THINK TANK*), about *needed projects, jobs, small businesses, food banks*, etc. Listen my brother, you've got the right credentials, expertise, knowledge, credibility and connection to make this happen! We need to stop speaking on white supremacy without taking collective economic action. War is being waged upon our people and all we do is respond predictably. We have to stop being *REACTIONARY* and become *PROACTIVE*. This is the perfect proverbial storm for us to *UNITE* around *BLACK ECONOMIC SOLIDARITY* and change the economic trajectory for all black people! African Americans are under scrutiny by all black people around the world; therefore, we have to claim our rightful place. Last but not least, create the Association (for the lack of a better term) in such a way that it allows each contributor an opportunity to recoup his/her financial contribution from his/her taxes! *#50MillionAfricanAmericans* and we haven't been able to get it together yet? I'm sick and tired of the small petty ideas that amounts to nothing more than minutia, in the grand scheme of things! Minister Farrakhan is about to bring another *#MillionManMarch* in commemoration of the first march. Why not piggy back off of it and attempt registering one million employed African Americans? Dr Boyce, a portfolio with the correct structure and present it to qualify (economically sound) black individuals. Religious and political zealots should be emphatically excluded. *Real power comes from everyone contributing SMALL amounts of money towards something meaningful*; and not the other way around. No one really feels discomfort from donating $1.25 a week. The issue is our ability to *ORGANIZE* the masses or *one million blacks* around a common interest. With the internet, there shouldn't be any problem. Let's do this brother. *Black Group Economic Power*!

RECREATING BLACK WALL STREET IN MULTIPLE SMALL AND LARGE CITIES IN EVERY STATE WHERE THERE ARE EXISTING BLACK COMMUNITIES. Ntr Htp's VIEWS AND IDEAS ARE SOLID AND SOUND SOLUTIONS TO JUMP START OUR WAY BACK TO THE VISIONS AND GOALS THAT THE NEIGHBORS OF "BLACK WALL STREET" AND OTHER COMMUNITIES FROM THAT ERA ACHIEVED, WHO SELFLESSLY BUILT AND DEVELOPED IN THE BEST INTREST OF GROWTH, HEALTH, AND WEALTH FOR THEIR COMMUNITIES. ADOPTING THE GREAT IDEAS THESE BLACK PEOPLE DID BACK THEN AND APPLYING THOSE IDEAS WITH THE TIMES WE LIVE IN TODAY CAN BE ACHIVED IF WE AS BLACK PEOPLE STOP WITH THE MIND SET OF GREED AND I'M GONNA GET MINE TYPE OF THINKING. AS Ntr Htp STATED, IF WE CAN PURCHASE A CUP OF DUNCAN DOUNUT COFFEE FOR $1.80 A DAY OR THAT PACK OF CIGARETTES THAT COST UPWARDS OF $10.00 THEN WE SHOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE THAT SAME MONEY TOWARDS A $1.25 A WEEK DONATION TO BUILD A FUND TO CREATE GOOD HEALTHY AND THRIVING DEVELOPED COMMUNITIES FILLED WITH ABUNDANCE AND WEALTH. THE WEALTH IS THERE SITTING IN FRONT OF OUR FACES, WE JUST HAVE TO BE WILLING TO CARE ENOUGH TO BE SUPPORTIVE OF EACH OTHER AND STOP THE WILLIE LYNCH HATRED TOWARD EACH OTHER. IN ADDITION TO WHITE SUPREMACY AND OPPRESSION, WITHIN OUR OWN SELVES AS BLACK MEN AND WOMEN REGUARDING RELATIONSHIPS WEATHER IT BE INTIMATELY, FAMILY, EXTENDED FAMILY, FRIENSHIPS, BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPS, ECT..... WE MUST STOP MISTREATING EACH OTHER IN WAYS THAT IS DISTRUCTIVE AND DYSFUNCTIONAL. DEGRADING AND DEHUMANIZING HAS BECOME AN EPIDEMIC IN OUR COMMUNITIES AND PLACED AS A SOCIAL NORM. WEATHER IT'S DONE COVERTLY OR OVERT, THIS IS WHAT WHITE SUPREMACY PRACTICE, IT IS A SERIOUS MENTAL ILLNESS AND WE BRING THIS SAME BEHAVIOR BACK HOME AND IN OUR COMMUNITIES DESTROYING LIVES AND INTELLIGENT BLACK MINDS. BLACK PEOPLE IN ORDER FOR US TO ACHIEVE, AND CULTIVATE SUCCESSFUL, THRIVING BLACK COMMUNITIES IT STARTS WITH CARING FOR EACH OTHER. I AGREE, LEAVE THE CORRUPT RELIGIOUS LEADERS AND POLITICIANS ALONE THAT ARE INCAPABLE OF ADDING ANY VALUE TO THE MINDS, BODIES, AND SOULS IN BLACK PEOPLE AND COMMUNITIES. IT HURTS AND MAKES ME SAD TO WATCH OTHER CULTURES THRIVE IN THEIR COMMUNITIES WHILE WE REMAIN STAGNANT. ALTHOUGH THERE ARE SYSTEMS THAT ARE PURPOSELY DESIGNED AND PUT IN PLACE FOR US TO FAIL, WE HAVE THE POWER AND ABILITY AS A COMMUNITY TO CREATE THE RESOURCES OF WEALTH IF WE CAN ONLY STICK TOGETHER AND BE THERE FOR EACH OTHER PHYSICALLY, EMOTIONALLY AND SPIRITUALLY TO THOSE WHO SEEK OUT A HIGHER POWER THAT REPRESENTS GOOD.

Great video brother Boyce, only correction I have is something I learned a while ago, and sometimes you actually specify ... That knowledge is not power. The "Application" of knowledge is where the Power is. As you say, simply having the knowledge of how to be healthy and loose weight, won't make you loose weight. Actually applying that knowledge is where the Power and results come in. So yes gain and learn, but also apply.

I was not a promiscuous, pretty much a religious man. Married the wrong women. One child . She was supposed to be on the pill. Fell like a sucker. From there it was all courts and chiild support. Couldn't do anything. Even driver license suspended. Finally I left the US and started a new life. Learned lessons. Sad for so many brothers who did not have the opportunity to start again. I made a new beggining at the age of 47. Went to automobile mechanic School, electronics, now HVAC here. I did have a masters degree in America, great adventure and new beggining. Thank God for all things hard times and all. About to turn 60 years old now. At least I got a chance to live. I new second language and was humble enough to learn. Take care my brothers.

Great reflection Boyce. I believe in empowering communities through showing then prospectives, notion of principles , and values. I am not part of the black community, but as a Latino I face most of the effects of that indoctrination you are talking about in this video. I enjoyed watching a well rounded human being educating his communities, with a clear message of encouragement, without arrogance, and with no Ebonics inflections in his voice to denote sense of belonging. My only objection though, is that I do not believe in regal adverbials. I thing that kings and queens are a matter of the past and giving yourself such a ridiculous title only reinforce the idea of arrogance with ignorance. Thank you for your encouraging message and keep the good work.

I like the Mentenhotep idea. And to the person who asked where is the spirituality speeches. No disrespect, but everyone does not have to focus specifically on Christian values as long as there are values morals and standards that exist. Every black person don't claim to be a Christian just because they are a believer. Also if one wants to hear a lot more spirituality they need to tune in to a pastor's video or religious upload. We have plenty of preachers to go around in America, we need the Ideas Boyce are expressing, these ideas are what we don't have enough of. I tune in to Joel when I need some spiritual words and to Dr Boyce when I want to hear some social, financial, etc. words.

I agree with this message. On a larger scale there should be collective goals as a people. I think the million man march is a great thing. We should also have a 10 million man contribution. We should ask every black man to contribute $100 over a year period every year to provide for a financial base. This would be used to fund the political, legal, business investment, and educational needs of people in our community. A sacrifice is needed and will provide purpose and a common goal.

Nothing can be said or done as a remedy until we as a community First! understand terms such as covert electronic radiation harassment, direct energy radiation weapons, Tesla weaponry technology, electromagnetic field radiation weapons, particle beam radiation weapons, cointelpro organized stalking, NSA funded community gang stalking, and government funded BlackOp shadow unit. Unless we as a community are including these languages in our conversations, everything else is or will become null and void. You can take this one to the bank!
