There is also the Abuja children's Park and Zoo.

The elevator is working, they deliberately suspend the going down side of the elevator, the mall was opened in 2016,because I remember most of those banding was done by my former printing press called yaliam press
That's not right. JABI LAKE MALL started operation and was open to the public in 2015 but construction lasted well over 5 years. So Jabi lake mall is about 9 years in operation.
