when you have hemostasis and fighting multiple targets you press once > deathstrike but realistically when you gotta survive it goes down on prio list. So basically you can send both when its been a long time and you finally got some breathing room (a.k.a dont need marrow bone shield charges, heart strike rp gen, death strike healing)
