The ICOCA card is valid for travel on JR West trains, including the JR Tozai Line (connecting Osaka to Minoh), as well as on the Osaka Monorail. You can take the JR train from Osaka Station, use the JR Tōzai Line or the JR Special Rapid Service to reach Minoh Station. Hope you enjoy your trip! ✨
