The Bears need to get someone in upper management who has familiarity with offensive line players. They have big problems with run blocking and pass protection and the play calling is not accounting for the short comings. They need at least 1 QB designed run per half and 2 to 3 roll outs per half. They need to slow down the offense play calling and run the ball more to keep the defense fresh. They need to tutor CW when he is on the sideline with some screen time of what the defenses are doing, how the plays are unfolding and who is getting open.
Richardson should sit out a week. He is throwing too many picks and should practice his accuracy and learn off Joe Flacco as he plays. If AR keeps playing like this he’ll end up like James Winston.
@@CMHandle I think tactically the NFL and AFL are very alike and so many AFL fans will like NFL, whereas rugby is just running straight and hitting tackles. But the Bears seem to have the same issues every year… it is too early to tell though.
Im also from Australia and enjoyed watching this game. we have 3 football codes and i love them all l (played one called AFL for 20 years when younger) and they are all very physical as well. But getting into NFL several years ago has given me something cool to watch in our summer.
As a bears fan… this was painful BUT Caleb Williams silenced the doubt. He made quite a few great throws and mostly looked comfortable. There was only one truly bad mistake (the second interception was just bad luck, and the fumble was partially his fault but really not that concerning since most quarterbacks would probably do the same thing). Especially towards the end of the game, he played consistent and effective on 3rd down. This is all with a nonexistent run game, which only makes things harder for him. Also, Rome is him.
@@hayz1313the concerning part is the run AND pass block win rate last year was within the top5 in the nfl despite constant injuries, so it’s either something happened in the offensive scheme or this oline just crumbled in the offseason. This year they’re averaging 3 ypc (2nd worst in the nfl) yet they have a much more potent passing attack. All of that with basically the same oline. It just doesn’t make any sense.

DJ Moore should have scored that Hail marry
It’s going to take an act of God for AR to throw accurate mid level throws.
Or he needs to learn accuracy. Accuracy isn't a magic ability people are born with
People who actually know ball know it's a coaching issue, not a QB issue
It looks that way!!! Considering the Bears have drafted, and destroyed 3 rookie Quarterbacks. Fields seems to be in his element in Pittsburgh and the bears are working on making sure Williams has a lot of doctor visits in the off season.
Coaches were throwing the picks I guess 🤣🤣
T.y.hilton uma lenda do Indianápolis Colts que pena , acompanhei de perto quando ele jogava muito . Go Colts 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Thank god the Colts played the ChIraq Bears.
Definitely saw improvement from caleb. He’s got potential to be great for sure. Hopefully the bears organization doesn’t ruin him.
“Justin Fields Is The Probem” Well He’s 3-0.
yeah he didn’t want advice from the QBs and coaches around him. he was the problem and now he got humbled and is playing well
@@GoatedAtNFS you're making up an obvious lie, dude come on. If you didn't like JF just say that but don't make up easily disprovable BS
Justin feels was never the problem. The problem was the Bears offensive line. It sucked then and it sucked now the Bears need to fix the offensive line. Caleb Williams will never have success in the Bears franchise if they don’t fix they office offensive line
Caleb had a lot of great plays today

I took Caleb 3 games to throw over 300 yards. It took Fields 3 years. Let that sink in. Caleb will be fine.

It took Caleb Williams three games to throw a TD. Let that sink in.
On 52 passing attempts while throwing 2 ints. Context.

The offensive line needs help but every game they getting better

I was about to say that those were some of his red flags coming out of the draft very inconsistent passes both ints were terrible
Colts got the win
Williams got the passing TD!
GREAT day for both!
Yes many bears fans are angry, but since I’m smarter than most people cuz I’m a redditor I know that worse record = higher draft pick so we can rebuild our O-Line and get a new head coach and OC

@@aggressiveattitudeera887 Caleb's 3rd game and he started finding a rhythm, as a Bears fan for a while now I've never seen our offense march down the field multiple times before.
Caleb Williams showing his potential
The Bears need to get someone in upper management who has familiarity with offensive line players. They have big problems with run blocking and pass protection and the play calling is not accounting for the short comings. They need at least 1 QB designed run per half and 2 to 3 roll outs per half. They need to slow down the offense play calling and run the ball more to keep the defense fresh. They need to tutor CW when he is on the sideline with some screen time of what the defenses are doing, how the plays are unfolding and who is getting open.
Look at all these close games the Bears are losing if they only had an offense they might actually start winning
Bears should have stuck with Fields and drafted Harrison.
@mbwell 1,000% agree
Richardson should sit out a week. He is throwing too many picks and should practice his accuracy and learn off Joe Flacco as he plays. If AR keeps playing like this he’ll end up like James Winston.
its called development, sir
He’s too dumb to play qb at an elite level
That’s what happens when you draft someone first round when they only played 1 full season and just because he can jump high
It will be a season or two before we really see what he can do. Richardson needs time and experience to develop
@@Theplug926I think there's some other things there.
Johnson on the bears looking like vintage Devin Hester. Wearing #23 plus the elbow sweatbands.
That jump cut on J.T.'s first touchdown was the sign of a pure running back

I am from Australia and to this day I knew this was the worst decision of my life going for the Bears.

@ferencorosz9753 He's not a bust. The man has only played 6 games I think. Way too early to tell.
Williams is looking great
Fields is too!
As a bears fan… this was painful
BUT
Caleb Williams silenced the doubt.
Agreed
Caleb clearly has what it takes but if they dont do something to improve that O line fast then theyre gonna ruin him
@@hayz1313the concerning part is the run AND pass block win rate last year was within the top5 in the nfl despite constant injuries, so it’s either something happened in the offensive scheme or this oline just crumbled in the offseason. The bears were averaging 4.5 ypc last season (2nd in the nfl) When everyone and their mother knew they were running and couldn’t throw the ball. This year they’re averaging 3 ypc (2nd worst in the nfl) yet they have a much more potent passing attack. All of that with basically the same oline. It just doesn’t make any sense.
Did we all see the same game? Silenced the doubt? My god….. he completed a pass over 30 yards and you would have thought they were gonna march the Lombardi Trophy out to him…… and throws a pick six less
Than a minute later. No……. He hasn’t silenced any doubt. He’s checking “BUST BOXES”

alot of qbs from college have amazing arms, Jamarcus Russel for example
So does Trey Lance and Daniel Jones
Wait didn't y'all say this about Justin Fields? To be fair I'll give him more than three games but I really wish bears fans would embrace what actually makes them good, run game and defense and maybe some good special teams. You won a super bowl that way why can't anyone in this league be creative and invest in a team over a quarterback?
