    My man this saved my day! The BRINE community may be spazzing out right now. I did my frat smoked turkey ever, yesterday, without brine. I admit I was concerned a little... especially for the white meat but man that was as juicy as the thighs!! I used garlic butter as a binder, some other poultry seasoning and Tony's Injections I picked up and buttered under the skin ..used my offset smoker (I have a cheaper model but it does it's job if you're a true cook 😎) for 4 hours then finished in the oven last hour or so at 375. Best turkey I've ever had!

    Love the simplicity of this method! We will be trying this out for our turkey. Did you put a full stick of butter under the skin of each breast?

    You can brine a frozen turkey. Even if it has been from factory.

      I agree...I never smoked a turkey and did not brine. I smoked an excellent turkey following these steps. Maybe a couple variations but he ain't lying
