I know you like Dan, but you lost me when you said the growling didn't seem powerful. Dude, seriously, get your ears checked. There's nothing but power in those growls. It takes a lot of training and practice to be able to do that kind of growl. And it is a growl, not a "scream" - the metal "fry screams" are the high pitched screams. Growls are in the lower registers.

As everybody else said….. this was amazing and done perfectly. Every part. It was sung absolutely brilliantly. Not powerful? This was older before he ‘was good’? Why are you trying to make excuses for a perfect performance? You don’t get it and that’s fine. But please stop pretending that you do. It’s very disingenuous.
Who is this guy singing? He absolutely sucks. Is this a parody? Was he making fun of the song? I was literally cringing the entire song. My face was all squinched up in pain. I was waiting for the punchline. Am I missing something????? Seriously. Someone educate me, please.
