BK Shivani highlights that when we listen to our mind and body with awareness of what is right for the soul and body, we follow lifestyle disciplines. We will not keep drinking, eating, thinking, speaking and doing anything, without listening to that consciousness. Our inner voice is filled with wisdom and it keeps guiding us towards what is right. But if we repeatedly suppress it, we go back to old ways, giving excuses.
