  • Опубліковано 19 січ 2022
  • Sharing my top tips to prevent hair loss!! I lost about half my hair at the beginning of 2019 and made it my mission to get it to grow it back and figure out what works! (I literally felt like I was balding 🥺)
Amla is also called Indian gooseberry and has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years! 🙌🏾 It’s such a miracle ingredient and I wanted to highlight a really easy way to incorporate it into your night time routine!! ✨ I used it so much as a child and didn’t pick it up again until my hair health was at its worst!
This SahaScalp Amla Soothing Serum from @fableandmane is hands down a game changer because it looks and feels like a silky, delicious smelling hair serum-and yet it’s a magical potion for hair health!! 💜

Some things that actually helped to control my hair fall include: (1) I discontinued wearing ponytails because it causes tension damage. (2) I started massaging my hair and scalp 2 times a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while leaning forward & holding my head upside down to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Protecting my head while moving out to safeguard my hair from dust and pollution. (4) Using soft shampoo again from liittleextra only to cleanse my hair.

I belong to Kashmir. People there have been using Jatamansi for ages. We call it "naagvars". I've the healthiest, prettiest and longest hair. I cd not as for more ...all credit goes to it.
I suggest you ppl try using it.
I put 1-2 tbl spoon powered jatamansi in 500ml bottle of oil ( I use coconut oil, you cd use which suits you ) ....I keep the bottle outside so that the oil gets warm with sunlight and the essence of powder gets soaked into the oil. Older the oil, greater it works.
Visible results may take time... just trust the process. Once it starts working, you may not have to worry for your hair again.

Amla is a really amazing fruit that helps ina lot other ways. But to mention there are so many other easily accessible indian herbs and fruits that help in nourishing the hair just as well. The best part about all these is they will rarely cause any damage to your hair, all of these will in one way or other boost the nourishment if used consistently.
I love the oil that my mom makes, she just heats coconut oil with handful of hibiscus leaves and flower, curry leaves, methi(fenugreek seeds) and add amla oil to it if fresh amla is not available. The oil works magic.
The most special' thing about all these oils is that each household in India has there own special recipe and it's magical ❤️

I've been using this littleexttra cocoonioon anti hair fall kit for about a year, and it's been amazing for my hair. Even where there were no hair roots, new hair started growing after 5 months. Now, almost a year later, most of my bald area is covered with new hair. I highly recommend this oil and shampoo to everyone. It's a long-term solution. Just apply it to your scalp for 20 minutes and wash it out the next day.

    Med student here
Massaging is the reason for promoting blood circulation thus improving hair growth. The reason oil is used is to prevent extra friction and add moisture to your hair strands that will keep your scalp healthy . Even dry massaging your scalp will work well.
And don’t be discouraged if you don’t see results as someone else. As a curly head, frizz is my biggest problem but eventually ive learnt to love them. Genes also play a role. Do a blood test to check for deficiencies leading to hair loss. For me it was vit d and low haemoglobin , so I started wit vit d and iron supplements . It helped. Consult the doctor first . Other reasons of hair loss can be thyroid prob, biotin def, hormonal imbalances, stress, poor diet, poor gut health . So address the issue accordingly and take care of your health . Focus on what your body needs and don’t just go buying serums and products in the name of helping with your hair fall. Start with the basics .
Remember our grandparents didn’t use any of these modern products but yet had good hair . So start from the root and I’m sure you’ll see results . Be patient also

I tried many stuffs in my hair but none of them really work. I'm just 16 yrs old facing hair loss I don't know what to do.. I always think about my future like what will be the hair condition then. Tired of trying oils, shampoos and hair masks. I hope one day my hair really changes. 🙂

It definitely works I’ve been using fenugreek (great one), amla, and henna lately I started three weeks ago and I’ve already experienced major hair growth. I still have to try Ashwaganda, shikakai, neem, bhringraj, brahmi. Those are all herbs you can try if you’re experiencing hair fall. I’d do a patch test on a small piece of your hair first though to make sure you aren’t allergic. :)

@@sialee5926 for sure! If you have any type of ethnic grocery story or an Indian/Pakistani grocery store around you there’s a brand called Dabur and they’ve been making hair oil for decades, including Amla oil. I will say though that I find their quality isn’t as good as before but it’s possible it was just a bad batch. It’s still a good hair oil and I still use it and if I may say so myself have really long thick healthy hair. Even if you don’t want to use the Dabur brand, there are lots of other Ayurvedic brands in that section that are great to try. Mind you they don’t smell the greatest because they don’t add perfumes and stuff but it works. Lol please don’t buy fable and mane. Believe me you’re paying for their packaging and name and not the product which is barely anything anyways. Hope that helps!

    • @lazybee7454
      @lazybee7454 Рік тому +1

      There is no secret buddy
All you need is one oil ( don't go with fancy oil like jojoba grapeseed etc etc..you just need 1 oil either coconut or mustard that's it and one shampoo..you can use conditioner but most of the Indian moms don't use conditioner still they have healthy hair
      So the key/ mantra is
      1. One oil
      2. One shampoo
      3. One conditioner
      4. It is the toughest point..you will not take advice from any influencer..they themselves don't know what is the secret ..they just want you to buy xyz products..so follow these steps that's it

Hi Perla... I had massive hairfall too because of the water. I have been living in a foreign country for 4 years now and the hard water has done a number on my hair. I think what can help is some biotin pills with other supplements. Your diet might be lacking something. My hairdresser advised me to shampoo, condition and dry with a dryer, then oil. So I have been oiling my hair everyday. I know the only thing that has actually been proven to work is minoxidil for new hair growth. Onion juice also, although I haven't tried any of this. But definitely, oiling your hair will make it stronger. I have noticed less hairfall. I use Davines oi oil on my hair everyday. On wash days I use Amla and bhringraj hair oil. I wash lightly, appy olaplex number 3 for like an hour, then I wash and condition. I also take hairburst vitamins everyday and I don't use any hot tools on my hair other than my hairdryer for a quick dry.

Oils like tea tree and braggs apple cider vinegar (well shaken) can help too (apply to dry scalp, wrap with towel and let sit for 20 min then wash with gentle shampoo. Do this daily for 5 days then every other day then 1-2 days for maint.
